In a characteristic building, on the border of the lively city center you find our beautiful studio, with a lovely view on the canal and park. 1 minute walking brings you to the oldest shopping street 'Twijnstraat', Ledig Erf square & Museumkwartier. Around the corner you find cosy coffee- and winebars, café's, terraces and lots of restaurants. The trainstation with connections to Amsterdam, Schiphol and Eindhoven Airport and a direct tram to Uithof Science Park is just around the corner.

It features a living room, dining area, bathroom, and semi-separate bedroom. The apartment has its own front door. Very suitable for families. All restaurants, bars, and shops are within walking distance. Breakfast on request (€19.50 per person), between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome (€45 per stay). A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

It is a 1-room apartment of about 20-25m2 equipped with a living/sleeping area with double bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. We offer a towel service, this means that your towels and tea towels will be changed every two days. The studio is located at the front of the building, if you look out of the window you can see the sea on the left and the center on the right.
