Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

My place is close to downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants, a pharmaceutical dispensary, post office. Just about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Natural Pools, Cala Dell 'Acqua, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and the rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! But visible from the sea at a distraction of 50m from the coast to admire it!!

Sorge lungo la suggestiva scalinata che conduce alle Piscine Naturali. Qui il blu del mare entra in casa e ti accompagna in ogni momento della giornata. Alimentari bar e ristoranti, sono raggiungibili in circa 10 minuti a piedi, il porto dista circa 20 minuti in taxi o navetta.
