LA CASA DEL FAUNO in CALA DELL'ACQUA, with a 180-degree sea view of CALA DELL'ACQUA and the TARTARUGA rock. In front of us is the island of PALMAROLA. Two-room apartment for 5 people with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with a veranda, and a private terrace. The location of LE FORNA is 300 meters from the church square. The area is served by a scheduled bus service, STOP No. 18. Very scenic. From the house, you can see spectacular sunsets, seagulls, and, if you are lucky, even dolphins at certain times.

Living Sperlonga

Living Sperlonga is a beautiful house with direct access to the sea, located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Sperlonga. We are in Via Salette, where a private access with an avenue of about 70 meters leads to the house on the sea. The house is 90 square meters with a large outdoor space and garden and consists of: a large living room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is external. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas are also provided to fully enjoy the sea of Sperlonga.

My place is close to downtown Le Forna where you can find shops of any kind, bars, restaurants, a pharmaceutical dispensary, post office. Just about 10 minutes from the three most beautiful coves (Natural Pools, Cala Dell 'Acqua, Caletta) and all within walking distance, not far from Cala Feola beach and the rocky but actionable Cala Fonte. NB: at the moment Cala Fonte is closed due to the collapse of a rock wall! But visible from the sea at a distraction of 50m from the coast to admire it!!

The house consist of two bedrooms, kitchen, corridor, large bathroom and a large panoramic terrace. The house can accomodate up 6 people and is equiped wih air conditioning, hairdryer, free wifi, fan oven, stainless steel gas barbecue, led tv and a beautiful solarium.
