Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Bright tiny house with nature view

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is recommended only for a short period of time. Living and sleeping takes place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven and no microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants. In this cozy accommodation you will surely spend a great time.

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.

The granny flat is equipped for up to 4 people (double bed 140 × 200 with medium-hard Emma mattress and sofa bed with mattress and slatted base). Bed linen and towels are included. From the A1 exit Bargetheide you can reach us in approx. 5 minutes by car to us.

Near a nature reserve in Bad Schwartau, in a very nice and traffic-calmed street, is our modern, newly furnished basement apartment overlooking the front garden and with a separate entrance. The apartment is suitable for 1 to max. 4 people with one bedroom and a living room with sofa bed.

Our vacation home has light-flooded, tastefully and comfortably furnished rooms and if it should be uncomfortable outside, the stove can provide coziness in the living room. There are 2 to 3 car parking spaces available directly at the house. A bread service is possible.
