This old cosy cottage is located in the little village of Eckhorst, which means "Oak-forrest". Its just 7 km away from the City of Lübeck, its picturesque old town and romantical X-mas-Markets. The farming-house has 2 separate flats. While you stay e.g. downstairs in the farmers-flat with your family and the grandparents, your friends stay upstairs in the fully furnitured studio with a kitchen and a cosy little bath. There is plenty 2 see and 2 do in the region.The Baltic sea is 30 Min. away.

Am Rande eines Naturschutzgebietes in Bad Schwartau am Ende einer "Sackgasse" liegt unser Haus mit der abgeschlossenen Wohnung im Erd- und Obergeschoss in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist für 1 bis 4 Personen eingerichtet. zusätzlich vorhanden : 1 Hochbett für Kind/Teen + 2 Schlafsessel. 2 Baby-Reisebetten vorhanden Fussläufig erreichbar sind 2Spielplätze, öffentlicher Nahverkehr, Bäcker, Discounter und die Innenstadt von Bad Schwartau inkl. Kino, Restaurants, PKW-Ladesäule Typ2 etc.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

Cozy lake house

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Completely newly renovated & furnished 22Qm/ 1 room apartment. There is a private access to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is a small kitchen, with ceramic hob, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hairdryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.

Small, cozy basement apartment with separate entrance in a Lübeck old town villa. Very central yet quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the Trave Canal. Good shopping, weekly market, cinema and restaurants are quickly reached. The old town island can be reached on foot (enjoyably) via walking paths along the Trave. Via the Herrentunnel you can quickly get to Niendorf /Timmendorf or Travemünde.
