Die Wohnung wurde 2023 neu renoviert/saniert. Früher war das Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude ein Pferdestall. Dadurch hat das Gebäude einen ganz besonderen Charme. Unser alter Bauernhof ist sehr ruhig. Man hat die Möglichkeit direkt am See spazieren zu gehen oder im Wald ein bisschen frische Luft zu schnappen. Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder ist auch da. Unsere Lage ist ideal gelegen. Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Located within the Hamburg old town, my beautiful 40 square meter apartment is in the 3rd floor of an old office building, very quiet at night. It’s a great place for tourists and for business visitors as well, and you could hardly find a location more central. A lot of varied gastromy and the central shopping streets Neuer Wall, Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße are in the immediate vicinity, you could reach the HafenCity by walk too as well as the famous Reeperbahn in 1,5 km distance.

SUP tours, cycling, hiking or walking, canoeing and much more is possible right outside the door. The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 2.5 km.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Our cozy farmhouse is located in Zeetze, a picturesque village in the district of Lüneburg in the Elbe valley. Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.
