It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Romantic apartment in a quiet location

The apartment was newly renovated/refurbished in 2023. The listed building used to be a horse stable. This gives the building a very special charm. Our old farm is very quiet. You have the opportunity to walk directly on the lake or to get some fresh air in the forest. Our location is ideally situated. We are right in the middle of Hamburg and Lüneburg (each 20 km away). Our accommodation offers you a very well-equipped kitchen, a large dining area in the living room as well as a terrace that invites you to sunbathe. For the cool days, we also offer you a fireplace and a sauna A special highlight is the separately fenced lake property with jetty (100m from the house). On the 1st floor you will find two bedrooms with 2 or 4 beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with seating.
