Stayed with two families and it was a very nice stay. The upper apartment is very spacious and neat and the balcony had a soothing view. Everything was available in the kitchen and the bathrooms were also well equipped. That we could use the swimming pool and also the playground equipment was an extra plus. There was also plenty to do in the area, with both Bruges and Ostend within half an hour's drive. In short, this accommodation is definitely recommended!

We had a fantastic time it was absolutely as described the pool was warm and we made full use of the basement pool table and the amazing cinema. Stijin was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. There were 6 of us 4 adults and two children lots of space . Would highly recommend anybody to rent this place for a perfect stay in Gent

We were completely satisfied with the stay. Check-in would have been possible much earlier, the accommodation was sparkling clean and lovingly prepared upon arrival. The host was always quickly available to us and very helpful. The house itself is freshly renovated and ultra-modern. The garden is large and the beach is within walking distance. The parking for four vehicles directly at the house is also great. We enjoyed the stay very much and can recommend Grete and the accommodation without reservation.

Pleasant quiet stay near the center, very responsive and friendly host A superb large bedroom, very comfortable with its relaxation lounge upstairs It would be nice to renovate the kitchen by changing the very old fridge and having at least a microwave if not an oven! We had the most peaceful and beautiful stay here and would recommend this to anyone who wants to be just a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle. We loved it. I don't suggest this lovely home if you have a toddler - we had to protect the baby from all the very steep ladders and stairs at all times, so that part was stressful. But aside from a baby who is walking but not yet ladder-safe, it's just perfect. Our 7 and 9 year old were absolutely fine and in fact just loved everything about Sibren's. Thank you so much for these special travel memories!

We booked the accommodation in function of our wedding and we have often booked through airbnb, but the hospitality we experienced here we have never experienced before. Fantastic! Carine & Ignace suggested taking photos in their beautiful garden, a bottle on arrival, Carine came by with transparent umbrellas for rainy weather, they were ready for the babysitters who slept with our children in the cottage. The house is exactly as in the brochures, and yet you immediately feel welcome with kids. Toys, plastic plates and cups, bibs. Everything is provided. Thank you for everything! Love, Coopman family

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

Lovely house just outside of the city walls in a quiet neighbourhood, about 20 minutes walk from the centre of Bruges so perfect walking distance, Anne-Marie was really helpful and responsive, very spacious lounge/kitchen as well as a lovely outdoor garden space, also recommend the bakery opposite for breakfast!

A beautiful house with a fantastic garden. Larger than expected, enough space for 2 adults and 3-4 children, if you can get by with one bathroom. We thought it was wonderful and would have liked to stay longer. Magda was very friendly and greeted us with drinks and snacks. In better weather, you could have eaten outside. We would book the house again at any time and would like to recommend it.

We had a very good stay at Martine's. The house is very large and has many amenities. Its location is ideal, close to Bruges and the sea, which allowed us to do many activities!

Perfect for family gatherings (there were 12 of us). Large entrance hall/semi-open living room with zeros arms, 1 large adjoining dining room for the evening. Rooms ideal for families (2+2 bedrooms with bathroom separation). Very nice setting with decorations and "barn" style.

Our stay here was great! Francis was very welcoming and helpful! The backyard was nice for relaxing after a long day of exploring Bruges! The gifts for us at check-in were a super nice and surprising act of hospitality! Francis even brought us over a cheesecake our second day! Definitely recommend a stay here! Great sized property with a wonderful kitchen dining space. Our kids loved the large garden with swings and trampoline - kept them entertained throughout our entire stay. All communication and advice from Tom was excellent - would highly recommend.

The place was impeccable! Very good location to go to Bruges or to the sea. The check-in was very flexible and friendly! We will be happy to come back.

Booked 3 nights at Dirk's for me and the family to go and attend a large event nearby. We drove to Bruge and did not need to stay in the city center. The location of Dirk's was quite useful for us, as we could drive into town for sightseeing and out to the venue of the large event we had come out for. For personal reasons, we only stayed 1 night at Dirk's. However, we found the place exactly as advertised. Good location just outside Bruge city center, nice house with modern amenities and well decorated, easy to find and with easy parking (which was important for us). We thoroughly enjoyed the (unfortunately little) time we spent at Dirk's and would highly recommend. Thanks a lot for hosting us!
