This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. "The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast.
