Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic residential building from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & has been very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay paints. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another, hand-painted, approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered on the 2nd floor.

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten mit 2 Terrassen und liegt direkt am Elster-Saale-Kanal. Es verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder. Ein privater Zugang zum Kanal mit kleinem Steg ist vorhanden. Gartensauna und Kajak/SuP sind auf Anfrage nutzbar.

Our beautiful residential church is located in the south of Leipzig, surrounded by four large lakes, with a large garden and plenty of space for 10 people. By S-Bahn train, Leizig city center can be reached in 20 minutes. We have five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living and dining area. On cold days, you can heat the fireplace and relax by the fire. In our large garden there is a grill, garden furniture and various play options.
