The apartment is located in a part of the building that used to belong to the adjacent brewery and where the wine bottling plant for the brewery's own wine was located. Even today you can admire the old, empty wine barrels in the basement of the building. The building was lovingly renovated over two years. Although the rustic charm of the former industrial building is still recognizable, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere where you can feel comfortable.

The idyllic, natural location is perfect for relaxation, outdoor activities and excursions to the surrounding countryside. Located in the immediate vicinity of the Raichberg and Traufgang hiking area, you are in the middle of a picturesque hilly landscape with juniper heaths.
