Villa holiday rentals in Zemunik Gornji

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! Het huis was mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. 4 mooie slaapkamers, 4 badkamers, een mooi zwembad, 2 veranda's in de schaduw, een BBQ. Het ontvangst was erg hartelijk en we waren blij verrast met wat koude drankjes en vers fruit. Tijdens ons verblijf hebben Ivana en haar broer Marin ons leuke tips gegeven over de omgeving. De ligging van het huis is prima; stranden, restaurants en supermarkt in de directe omgeving.

L’appartement est magnifique avec une vue sur la mer incroyable ! Les commerces de proximité peuvent se faire à pied (dont une boucherie de qualité) Parking voiture est un plus :-) La climatisation dans toutes les pièces ! Les 3 vélos à disposition nous ont bien servis : les balades le long de la côte me manqueront ! La plage au bout du quai avec le beach bar ! Les recommendations de Marko ont toutes été de qualité : la sortie en bateau était géniale ! Nous avons adoré le fait d’être sur une île : c’est tout de suite plus paisible Que du bonheur !!!!

we werken super vriendelijk ontvangen en voelde ons meteen thuis. karlo heeft ons door het huis rondgeleid en was heel behulpzaam. het huis zelf is ruim en alles was schoon. lekkere bedden en goed genoten van het zwembad. echt aan te bevelen!

Lors d'un road trip moto depuis la France, nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la maison d'Ivan. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement qui est très agréable, décorer avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Ivan est un hôte très accueillant. 10/10 stay, the place was just as described and shown in the photos. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely aim to come back in the future. The host are lovely and very responsive with lots of local recommendations. The rooms were perfect and the activities in the villa were amazing. Highly recommend

We had an incredible stay at Villa Poesia! Despite our late arrival at 9:30 pm, Angel greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. His hospitality was exceptional—he not only gave us a thorough tour of the villa but also welcomed us with a delightful platter of cold cuts and fresh fruits, a thoughtful touch after our long journey. The villa is beautifully designed, with plenty of space to relax. The pool was a highlight, perfect for cooling off after our day trips. Angel continued to go above and beyond, treating us with wine, plums, and melons, which made us feel truly pampered. While the villa is a bit of a drive from Zadar and the local dining options are limited, having two cars made exploring easier. Despite this, the tranquil atmosphere and Angel's attention to detail made our stay absolutely worth it. We highly recommend Villa Poesia and would love to return!

We had a fantastic week using Marin's place as a base to explore the area. The property was superb and the kids loved the extras like the pool, hot-tub and games area. The shower is amazing! Marin was welcoming and communicative. This was a hidden gem in a tranquil and secluded area.

We had a great stay in Croatia! The apartment was clean, cozy, and just as described. The host was very friendly and helpful with local tips. Quiet area, close to the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and come back!

Me and my two sisters took our families for a week. It was great that we could all have our own apartments but at the same time there was fantastic communal space. The whole property is secure and enclosed which is a must when you have children. Ida’s son gave us a map and marked off beaches and restaurants for us. You are able to order taxis via the Uber app and it only cost €4-6 to get to Zadar old town.

We had an amazing week at Irena’s beautiful home. It was the perfect place to escape to, to relax and unwind, our children didn’t want to leave. The house is just as in the pictures and had everything we needed, the pool is great and the views are wonderful. Irena is a lovely host and we will definitely recommend her place to friends.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und erhielten klare Anweisungen, was den Aufenthalt von Anfang an angenehm machte. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Poolbereich, der uns viele Möglichkeiten bot, Zeit voller Spaß zu verbringen. Das Gartenhaus mit der gut ausgestatteten Küche war ebenfalls ein Highlight. Das Haus ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet sehr viel Freiraum, was besonders angenehm war, da wir eine Gruppe von 9 Personen waren. Die fünf Toiletten und drei Bäder waren ein großer Pluspunkt und machten den Aufenthalt für alle sehr komfortabel. Alles war sehr sauber, und es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht – von A bis Z stand uns alles zur Verfügung. Wir hatten großartige fünf Tage und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Airbnb mit viel Platz, gemütlichen Betten und Couch sowie einem sehr schönen Pool. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und später auschecken. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert.

Communication, check in and everything was good. The place itself is amazing. Everything’s new and the outdoor area is beautiful. We had so much fun!

This house is beautiful,well equipped,lovely rural location but you can walk to a bar and 2 shops.luka even had 2 bikes for us to borrow .I took my 3 children their spouses and 3 grandchildren aged 7 months to nearly 4 years .we all loved it. Luka’s wife Ivona was so helpful.

Antonio je vrlo uslužan i vrlo prijateljski nastrojen domaćin. Apsolutno preporučljivo za obitelj i prijatelje.

I worry that singing the praises of this property will encourage hordes to book such that we can't the next time we want to stay; but honesty is due. The property is exactly as described and is stunning, both beautifully designed, and built, but also practical for the 3 generations with which we turned up. Light and roomy it makes being comfortable easy and is equipped with all amenities. Everyone will love the pool, sun terraces and the outdoor BBQ and dining area; and young children will revel in their dedicated play space. A car is needed but the property is superbly located, near the airport - though you'd never know - close enough to Zadar and its beguiling old city; with an array of good restaurants within easy reach, but also close to the main national highway for those interested to go deeper. As for the hosts - amazing. Responsive and there to help in whatever way may be needed, and to fulfil any (reasonable) request. Really cannot recommend this property highly enough

Absolut zu empfehlen! Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hätte nicht besser sein können. Immer Hilfsbereit gewesen wenn man fragen zur Unterkunft oder auch welche Restaurants zB zu empfehlen sind!

Wir waren insgesamt 4 Jungs und hatten einen super Aufenthalt. Natalija und Ihr Mann Mate sind super freundlich und tun alles um einen den Urlaub zu erleichtern. Dadurch dass wir früher einchecken durften und am Abreisetag sogar entscheiden konnten, wann wir auschecken möchten, wurde der Urlaub noch einmal entspannter. Mate hat uns sogar noch zum Flughafen gebracht. Das Haus ist (bis auf die Liegen am Pool) genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gibt so ziemlich alle Küchenutensilien und zudem auch Gewürze, Kaffe, Kaffefilter und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist recht abgelegen, aber mit einem Auto dennoch gut und schnell zu erreichen. Ohne Auto ist es jedoch schwieriger, da zumindest außerhalb der Saison kaum ein Bus fährt und es keine Fahrpläne gibt. Insgesamt war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

My family and I had a wonderful, unforgettable stay at this super tranquille and beautiful little Villa. The whole property was spotlessly clean, and Luka the host and his mother, made us feel very welcome. The pool was a nice size for us, if a little cold in May. Posedarje is a nice little quiet village. It was pre-season, so there wasn't much going on. But that suited us, as a quiet holiday was just what we hoped for. Zadar town was only a 30min drive in our Hire Car, for when we wanted a bit more excitement. This area of Croatia is very beautiful, with many little villages and mountains near by to explore. This super clean, little Villa is perfect for a small family. We made some great memories that we'll cherish. We hope to make a return visit someday. Thank you Luka!

Wow, wow, wow…Das Haus ist fantastisch. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Ausblick auf die Adria und die Berge ist wahnsinnig schön, wenn dann auch noch die Sonne aufgeht und die Gipfel in den schönsten Rot-Tönen färbt, ist man einfach nur geflasht. Der beheizte Pool lässt einen auch im Oktober noch ausgiebig schwimmen und in den Betten schläft man traumhaft, deshalb haben wir sie uns auch abfotografiert, weil wir diese auch zuhause haben wollen😊 Strategisch war die Lage super für unsere Ausflüge. Uns waren die Nationalparke wichtig und diese konnte man von Podgradina gut erreichen. Das Velebit-Gebirge hat zudem die kalten Temperaturen aus dem Inland abgehalten, so dass wir auch Ende Oktober Temperaturen um die 24 Grad hatten und immer auf der Terrasse frühstücken konnten.

Le logement était parfait, il correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, super bien situé dans un endroit à couper le souffle, et l'hôte est très réactif. Je recommande !

Wonderful villa, everything you would need & more! Fabulous for a quiet vacation, but only a short drive and you are at the lakes . Pool and hot tub were perfect and spotless ! Lovely outdoor bbq area , and play area for kids. House itself had everything, spacious and spotless … showers were excellent and beds were super comfortable. Lucija was very kind and gave us fresh eggs and cherries . She was alway on hand if we needed to query anything, yet also had our privacy. Will definitely be back again . Thank you Lucija for a wonderful villa and surroundings .

Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der gerne abseits von Touristenmassen entspannen möchte. Haben den Großteil unsererzeit in der Villa verbraucht, da es hier wirklich an nichts fehlt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Gastfreundschaft und die gefühlte 24/7 Erreichbarkeit. Hatten an einem Feiertag ein Problem und selbst dann konnte uns Vjekoslav weiterhelfen. Danke für diese tolle Unterkunft!
