Philoxenia is about being friendly to a stranger, in a particularly warm and generous way. This is what we offer as an experience. Our house is made of stone and wood. Sun light is getting in every room from plenty of windows.The house provides a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. There are two bedrooms,each one with a private bathroom and air condition. You would find all you could possibly need. The best part of the house is its beautiful, private, full of green yard.

Villa Levande is a cozy and hospitable 2-bedroom villa with delightful sea views and a private pool. It is located in the peaceful village of Sfinari, at about 1100 meters from the sandy/pebble beach. The nearest tavern and a mini market can be found in very short walking distance. Villa Levande is located about 75 km from Chania airport and 195 km from Heraklion airport and a car is needed for your stay.
