Truly a great apartment! Fully matched the listing. It is sparkling clean and everything has been thought of: tea, coffee, washing machine, you name it. It is in a quiet area, but at the bottom of the mountain there is a nice restaurant to enjoy the sunset. We had to mess with the jacuzzi for a while: it went on every hour in the middle of the night, but the host responded very quickly and was able to explain to us how we could solve this. We had a wonderful stay, I would recommend it to everyone.

Sani is a lovely host. She was readly available as she lives next to the villa. Villa sunny was quite spacious for a family four. Kitchen was well stocked with all necessaries, pots amd pan, oil, salt&pepper, sauces, spices, including cleaning products. Bathroomas well was stocked with shower gel, shampoo, and various lotion and sunscreen, including beach towels. Sani also provided us with beach umberlla, toys, surf board etc Since we had a 4*4 car, we couldn't park in front of the villa, but Sami let us use the parking at the backside.

We stayed at this house for the second time. It is a very good equipped house that beautifully located very close to the beach

Highly recommend Fotini appartments. Very clean cozy place with amazing back garden . Host very helpful and responsive, treats us with some fresh fruit .

We absolutely loved our stay, it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment was as described, really clean and comfortable. The rooms were a good size with 2 decent sized en-suite bathrooms and the kitchen well appointed. We enjoyed BBQing on the terrace and eating outside. The private pool was much bigger than we expected and the kids loved jumping into it at the end of the day whilst we had cocktails, available from reception! The apartment is in an agricultural area surrounded by olives trees and poly tunnels growing tomatoes. This meant it was lovely and peaceful. The sunsets were amazing and view uninterrupted. Phalasarna beach was a short drive and out of season it was relaxing and a really great place to be. The shallow water meant it was really safe for the kids to enjoy jumping in the waves on windy days and swimming and exploring little caves on the calm days. Alexandros was a fantastic host, helpful and quick to respond any questions we had. We hope to come back one day!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful house full of charm. Positive points: - perfectly clean accommodation - air conditioning in bedrooms - nice place, beautiful landscape - located 12 minutes from the beaches of the northwest coast such as Falassarna and 35 minutes from Balos - great restaurants 5/10 minutes away (I recommend Kaliviani fish & meat Taverna) - directly on the main road, no small paths to get to the house - the owner is very nice, available, and accommodating - little cats that will become your best friends if you feed them just down the house - complete equipment: hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, freezer... - it's easy to park the car Less positive points: - The small single beds are surely ok for children, but not very comfortable for adults, you can feel the springs - main road located just in front of the house

Dear Kallopi, Michail and Dimitra, We had the most wonderful time during our stay! From the warm welcome to the thoughtful surprises — the delicious food and the homemade cake — everything made us feel incredibly special and at home. The house is absolutely charming, beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, and spotlessly clean. This place is a true gem! Beautiful, spacious, clean and very comfortable house with spectacular views over the sea. We really enjoyed our time there. Evangelia is a great host, she made sure we felt at home from the first moment. She even left us plenty of fruits and a bottle of local wine on the day of arrival. Definitely we would love to come back.
