Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

Haus Ilsenburg is a simple but comfortable holiday cottage close to the beach at Koserow on Usedom. It's ideal for relaxed family holidays, quiet couple time or activity holidays. Haus Ilsenburg has 3 double bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a generous dining and living area with wood burning stove. Outside there is a woodland garden with a covered outside terrace . The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

Apartment with distant views, to the south and west, quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle, yet in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the beach! Our beautiful apartment is located in the idyllic resort of Zinnowitz not far from the picturesque Baltic Sea. The apartment offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. Children of all ages are considered a person. In July and August, we can currently only offer arrival (check-in) on Sundays. We can only allow departure (check-out) on Saturdays. In the pre-season of May and June, we are flexible with arrival and departure.
