Holiday rentals with a sauna in Zirl

This apartment was great to be in. Two large good rooms, which was perfect as we traveled with small children. Incidentally, the area is incredibly beautiful, and we really enjoyed being there.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The accommodation was beautiful with great views, many small loving details, well equipped. There is no reason for criticism and I can definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a very nice and quiet location – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the super equipped kitchen, where nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and maintained. A highlight was the sauna, which you can use for a three-day stay – a great way to relax after a hike. The welcome was very warm, and we got a lot of helpful information about the area, hiking trails and climbing opportunities. A slightly later check out and an earlier check-in would be nice to make the stay a little more relaxed. Overall, however, a completely successful stay – we will be happy to come back☺️

We really enjoyed the week for eight in Moritz's place - right on the lake, with plenty of space and everything super clean! Moritz was always easy to reach and provided us with great tips for the area. We would come back anytime!

It was perfect, full 5 stars for Daniela. We had a great weekend in Imsterberg, the apartment is super well maintained and clean and with its own sauna, of course, pure luxury. We had a wonderful week in the lower apartment. The house (2 apartments) is in a great location between Seefeld and Leutasch. During the day, there is hustle and bustle on the slopes and when you come back, there is a quiet idyll on the edge of the forest. A car is an advantage. The apartment is well equipped, everything modern and tastefully decorated. We didn't miss anything. Particularly noteworthy is the absolute cleanliness of the apartment. Communication with Antonia was super friendly. We enjoyed it very much, thank you very much

Chris was super nice, brought us the key at the agreed time and was very relaxed. He showed us around and asked if we needed anything else or if we needed any information about the place. Which is very cool if you're not familiar with it. Otherwise, we were very pleased that, in addition to pasta and chips, there was also beer and a bottle of wine in the accommodation. Not everyone does this, but because of such "little things" you feel very welcome. And if we are honest, the noodles actually saved us on New Year's Eve because we didn't know where else we could have found food. 😋 Thank you, we will be back!

The apartment Südwind of Tina and family, is a wonderful, beautiful spot on earth. The view of the great peaks from the balcony, such as Alpspitze, Großer Waxenstein and Zugspitze, is an absolute dream 🤩 with a coffee in hand, the first rays of sunshine shining on the summit crosses, simply absolutely perfect. Tina and her husband are two kind-hearted friendly hosts and it is an absolutely recommendable stay with them ❤️ We will see you at the latest next year at ZUT2026🙌

Perfect location, very friendly hosts. The house is really unique, makes you want to stay here for weeks. I would like to thank the owners for giving us the opportunity to stay in their house. The place is really worth your attention, the hosts also took care of useful information and instructions on how to spend your time and what sights to visit. You feel at home, the beds are comfortable, all cooking utensils are in the kitchen. There are grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. The view of the lake from the living room is a special treat. Would love to come back

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, kitchen utensils had everything you need. Village shop and village cafe can be reached in 2 minutes on foot. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. On a starry night, we could even see the Milky Way. Thanks Else

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

We were able to celebrate a very pleasant bachelorette party, the apartment offered everything we needed and the communication was very good. Recommended

The Peak was one of the most beautiful places we’ve stayed. Peaceful, private, pristine, wonderful views, lots to do or a great place to rest/ relax. We only wish we’d had longer We’d highly recommend this property

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

A jewel in Oberammergau! Clean throughout and very nice bedrooms. Loved the sauna and the clothes washer. So very close to the center of things in town it was convenient to come and go throughout the day. Coming home to the beautiful garden was very welcoming. We hope to come back again someday. Great accommodation with a super nice location. The spa area with an alpine panorama was outstanding. The quiet location invites you to relax. Shops/restaurants directly in the village, 5 minutes by car. Beautiful hikes right from the property. All in all a very nice stay, we will be happy to come back.
