The villa is large and can accommodate a large number of people. It has everything you need for short and long stays. The villa is professionally maintained and very clean. It is close to the city center and a shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car. Martina and her family provided all the comforts. You are excellent hosts. I highly recommend it.

Apartament świetnie wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało. Ogólnie komfortowo, czysto i przestrzennie. Do centrum trzeba trochę iść, ale mając samochod nie ma problemu. Polecamy!

Dom idealny dla większych grup. Duża przestrzeń, 3 łazienki, ogród. Dom jest wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne, a nawet więcej. Bardzo malownicza okolica, cisza i spokój. Naprawdę można poczuć się jak w domu.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen und Hund in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war alles sehr groß und für mehrere Personen gut geeignet. Auch für unseren Hund war die Unterkunft perfekt, da diese komplett eingezäunt ist. Die Ausstattung war optimal, da ausreichend von allem vorhanden war. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Erfrischung ermöglicht. Unser Highlight war die überdachte Terrasse, die auch eine Beschattung an den Seiten hatte. Zudem ist die Lage super, da man gleich auf den Wander- bzw. Feldwegen gehen, laufen oder Radfahren kann.

Am liebsten würde ich mehr als fünf Sterne geben! Es hat alles gepasst, von der Kommunikation bis hin zum Aufenthalt und dem Check-Out. Marek war immer erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend und hat alle Fragen ausführlich und sofort beantwortet. Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben und 10min zu Fuß weg sind wunderschöne Ruinen mit einem bezaubernden Ausblick, perfekt um sich von dort den Sonnenuntergang anzusehen. Wir hatten eine sehr tolle Zeit und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Moc milý hostitel. Příjemne ubytování v krásném prostředí. Klid a soukromí, zahrada a bazén k dispozici. I když bylo venku vedro, uvnitř bylo příjemne. Potraviny asi 10minut pěšky od ubytování. Vyhledy na Nové Mlýny. Moc se nám líbilo a rádi se vrátíme.

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf bij Eva. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. Het huis is superschoon en heeft een zeer complete inrichting. Comfortabele bedden en fijne badkamer. Het ruime zwembad en de mooie tuin waren ook erg prettig. Een prima uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Brno en omgeving. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Het is een hele fijne woning ideaal om met ons gezin vakantie in te vieren: gezellig ingericht, fijne slaapkamers voor zowel ons als de kinderen en genoeg om mee te spelen voor de kinderen, op loopafstand van het meer en de ligging van de woning in het bos gaf veel verkoeling met het warme weer. Ook de locatie nabij Brno is een leuke vakantie bestemming!

Clean, well-equipped, comfortable accommodation. Easy access. There were nine of us, we fit very well in the house. We were able to take pleasant walks in the area. Communication with the hosts was easy. I can recommend the accommodation.

Domek miał wszystko co potrzeba, a nawet więcej. Jest to świetna baza wypadowa, blisko do Wiednia, 2h drogi od Pragi. Wokoło mnóstwo winnic, więc fani wina będą na pewno zadowoleni. Podróżujący z dziećmi również będą zadowoleni - pokój zabaw wyposażony tak, że żadne dziecko nie będzie się nudziło. Dodatkowo niedaleko znajduje się Aqualand Moravia. Alena jest bardzo responsywna i chętnie służy pomocą. Polecam.

Das Häuschen von Sula ist einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Die Farbkombinationen sind ansprechend gewählt, das Häuschen wurde mit viel Liebe restauriert. Sehr ansprechend ist auch der uneinsehbare Garten. Und wenn's was braucht, hilft ein Nachbar aus, das ist prima.

Hezké a čisté ubytování v soukromém domě s odděleným vchodem. Byli jsme spokojení. Hostitel věděl, že přijdeme pěšky a nestihneme nakoupit a koupil nám pár drobnosti k snídani, což bylo opravdu milé. Nejvíce nám ale pomohl, když jsme druhý den ráno hledali odvoz do asi 13 km vesnice, abychom mohli pokračovat v naši Stezce Českem. Sám se nabídl a odvezl nás.

Wir waren als Familie 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten beide Apartments. Es hat perfekt gepasst, die Kinder hatten großen Spaß mit den Hochbetten. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und Michal hat uns alles gut beschrieben und uns sogar eigenen Wein angeboten! Es war sehr schön und wir haben die 2 Nächte sehr gemütlich verbringen können. Danke!

Moc hezký dům s velkým vnitřním prostorem a dostatkem lůžek pro ubytované. Všechno dobře zařízené čisté a uklizené. Příjemné posezení na zahradě s grilem a pergolou, co bylo potřeba jsme našli. Naprosto dostačující pro náš víkend s přáteli.

We absolutely loved staying at Miluse's. We arrived late and received a very warm welcome- the hosts were super-friendly and we felt like we were visiting friends. To get to the apartment, you have to walk up some stairs on the outside of the property (the whole top of the house is yours, with the bottom of the house being occupied by the owners). You walk into the hall with entrance to the first bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. There are sliding doors to the kitchen/lounge area. From there you can get to the master bedroom, which leads to the third bedroom. We appreciated having a washing machine and the wine fridge filled with local wines was a massive bonus. The garden and all the plants in it were absolutely gorgeous and provided both shade and space to sunbathe- with loungers provided. There's nothing I could fault about this place and we'd love to visit again. Thank you for having us :)

Pěkně zařízený dům pro pobyt s přáteli. Pokoje prostorné a se samostatnými koupelnami. Parkování přímo u budovy. Komunikace s majitelem bezproblémová, řešení drobných komplikací proběhlo velmi rychle.

The house was very clean and well appointed. It served as a perfect place for us to explore Znojmo, Brno, and Vienna. Easy access to busses and trains, many nearby grocery stores. Great communication with host throughout our nearly two-week stay!

Ubytování v tomto domě doporučujeme. Komunikace s hostitelem byla perfektní a dům splnil naše očekávání (odpovídá popisu, je na klidném místě, dobře dostupný, velmi dobře vybavený a má hezkou zahradu s příjemným posezením). Pobyt jsme si moc užili a rádi se sem vrátíme. Děkujeme.
