Charming stone house nestled among the hills, meadows and woods on a farm with a garden and rose garden. Located in the Regional Park Sassi di Roccamalatina (Modena), the building is a portion of a rustic house restored with natural and sustainable materials. Furnished with reclaimed furniture, with care and love. The network of paths in the Park runs around it, which can be traveled by bicycle or trekking. It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

Church of the Vaioni

An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a sofabed also available. Here you can relax; barbecue or take a walk down to the river for a cool dip. Or you can explore the beautiful countryside, go mountain biking or simply relax after a day out. (2 nights stay in Winter when requested)

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house. Archery, walks, mountain biking, astronomical observatory, massages, yoga, ...etc....

A typical 16th-century tower in the historic village of Castagnedola, overlooking the Monte Cimone valley. In our garden, you can admire the 900-year-old Castagnedola chestnut tree. Guests can enjoy the absolute tranquility of the area, take a dip in the private pool overlooking the stunning natural setting of the Monte Cimone valley, and stroll along the nature trails.

Mill of the King: a little house in the woods

The Windmill of the King is a unique and charming location, an oasis of peace and quiet just a stone's throw from Fanano (5 minutes by car), in the beautiful setting of the Modenese Apennines. The cottage is located an hour and a half from Bologna and 1 hour from Modena and is perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday.
