We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! The property was even more stunning in person—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit, always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

We were guests of Alessandra on the bridge of the first of November to relax, visit the neighboring villages, taste the local specialties and have fun in the city of Lucca in celebration. The location is really evocative, characteristic and surrounded by greenery. In fact, the house overlooks a beautiful garden with olive trees and many plants. A home that tells a story, paintings, objects, and family collections make the structure unique and special. The room is cozy, clean, with sheets, towels, TV and comfortable closet. The spacious bathroom, also very clean. The b&b was quite easy to reach and there is the possibility of leaving the car in the private parking lot of the property. Alessandra was very professional, very kind, never intrusive and at the same time always present for any need in the structure. Lira greeted us, we communicated via Google translate app. She gave great local restaurant recommendations and made reservations for us. Room was spacious, comfortable, with extra linens and king bed. En-suite bathroom, plenty of hot water. Large breakfast, farm fresh, served by host. Great coffee, pastries and farm products. The stay was very quiet and the apartment is located in a strategic area for getting around Bologna by car. Luca was a great host!

We had an excellent stay at the flat! It is well located, close to centre and train station. Marco was also super helpful and gave us good tips !

Clio is an amazing host. She is friendly, funny, and makes you feel at home. Her mom made us the best breakfast which we sat outside and took in the incredible view before riding the e-bikes on the beautiful river side trail. We absolutely loved her dog, Brodo, he was so pleasant and had good manners. We wanted to take him home with us we loved him so much❤️ out of the 5 places we stayed in Italy, this is the one we will definitely come back to. Our room was comfortable and spacious. The pool was refreshing and relaxing while looking out over the town. It was everything we wanted and more. Thank you, Clio. See you soon!

There is a lot to say about Andrea's place but I will start by talking about the host, Andrea. He is an amazing host, an artist, warm and friendly with a lot to share as someone who has travelled around the world. We loved chatting with him and his assistant, having dinner and drink together, joking and laughing while we felt we always had the option of finding a quiet and private place to enjoy the view, drink some tea and read. The house is an amazing place. Creatively and beautifully designed with unbelievably beautiful views of Tuscany's landscape. We really fell in love with Andrea's place and wished we could stay at least a week; maybe next time.

We were very kindly received by Laetitia, nice neat room and a nice swimming pool! Being able to sleep well and kindly received again in the morning by Stefania and her sister Laetitia. Great breakfast and tasty cappuccino. The agriturismo is very nice and quiet! If we are nearby again, we will definitely come back again!

The Barn is a magical place, surrounded by nature, with attention to the smallest details. Very kind and helpful host, she welcomed us at the prearranged time and her friendliness made the short stay even more enjoyable. The location is truly worth it because it is created to make you feel at home, welcoming and enveloping. Definitely a point of reference for longer stays.

Absolutely amazing stay! The location and house were fantastic. We loved our terrace/ balcony. We got the train into Florence and walked through the gates into Lucca - Lucca is beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, the best fresh croissants we’ve ever tasted! So much food and fresh orange and good coffee! Absolutely loved our stay here! Could come and go as we pleased, very quiet yet near everything. Thoroughly recommend. The bedroom/ embroidered sheets/ towels - attention to details which was appreciated.

I booked very late, but Lorenzo didn't mind and received me with open arms. He owns a beautiful farm, with several rooms designed with character inside. Breakfast is included in the price and in the common areas you can work or eat together. Thanks for everything, this sleeping place really surprised me positively!

Cecilia was very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom were of a good size and very clean. Shower was great and bed very comfortable. The toiletries and bath robe were an excellent extra. We were provided with a delicious meal which comprised foods from the local area. The choice of a sweet or savoury breakfast was a nice option. I would definitely recommend Cecilia BnB. A good place to stop on the sentiero dei Ducati.

We stayed for one night. Stefano waited for us even though we arrived at 8:00 pm. The room and bathroom were large, with everything you need, super clean and well furnished. The kitchen and living room where we had breakfast, in the morning were also beautiful, it felt like home. For breakfast there were several cakes, cookies and brioches (even gluten-free), juices, fruits, cereals, rusks, bread, jam of all kinds...Everything was perfect. We slept perfectly, because the place is on the hill, quiet, with a view and a spectacular sunset.

Maria Livia’s place was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and well-appointed in a beautiful location. Excellent value for money and Maria Livia was a wonderful host. I would happily stay there again.

Rosa was very friendly and she did everything to make our stay perfect. The room was very nice, even better than our expectations, and the breakfast was very good and fulfilling. I definitely recommend booking here.

Elisabetta's house is lovely. It is an old Garfagnino farmhouse renovated in strict compliance with the original materials and furnished with great taste. In a panoramic position about 2 km from the village, the view is beautiful. Elisabetta was a perfect host, attentive to every detail, super helpful, thoughtful. Highly recommended stay !!!!

Stayed for New Year's Eve 24/25 Hosts Always available from start to finish The property is well kept and looks like the photos Friendly and accommodating hosts, we were a group of 7 people made up of friends who provided us with their tavern and fireplace to have dinner together, making sure that there was everything we needed I highly recommend it, we will definitely be back
