Posizione ottimale in campagna ma non isolata, a pochi km dalle zone di interesse turistico, a 10 Km dalla città di Modena e a 10 km dalla uscita dell’autostrada Modena sud. A 1,5 km si trova Il parco archeologico della Terramara.

The entrance to the room is independent and with an armored door. The breakfast area is shared with only one other room. The apartment is in the center, but it is not in the ZTL and is a few minutes' walk from all the main areas: train station, University, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, Piazza del Nettuno.
