Located in the Regional Park Sassi di Roccamalatina (Modena), the building is a portion of a rustic house restored with natural and sustainable materials. Furnished with reclaimed furniture, with care and love. The network of paths in the Park runs around it, which can be traveled by bicycle or trekking. It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

just 8 km from the motorway, exit Rioveggio, and 3 km from the train station, to go to Bologna or Florence in about 1 hour, you will have an apartment of 60 square meters with independent entrance. A stone's throw from Monte Sole Park and nearby Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, microwave and coffee machine, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea at your disposal, some brioches, gazed and natural water and milk.

The Suite is inside a historic mill and is composed by three privated spaces: the main room with the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The place is very quiet, easy to reach and provided with a large private space where park the car.
