Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Zona Colonial

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

Very beautiful house, very safe location next to many things to do at night. Very responsive host. Very beautiful plants and a beautiful mango tree right outside. We will deff be back and book this place again!

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

The apartment was clean, airy, and just felt good to be in. Loved the natural light and calm vibe. It’s in a quiet area but still close to everythign, a great spot to relax after exploring the city and Colonial Zone. 100% Recommended!

Wonderful hosts! I had a great stay. I had everything I needed. Place is small but perfect for one or a couple. The terrace was nice to use at night. There s hot water but comes at different times. I didn't ask because I was okay with the room temperature shower. Definitely will rent again.

We had an amazing stay at Mario’s place. He was so nice, friendly and helpful. He picked us up at the airport and we felt very safe inside the gated apartment complex. The apartment was perfect. Would definitely stay there again 🤝

Worth every penny. Not ashamed yo say this is not my first time staying here and def wont be my last., Everything is close and plenty to do walking distance. Very secure building with helpful staff including hosts. Private large terrace with a nice jacuzzi to enjoy the great view is all i needed. Trust me and just rent it you’ll agree and then some! Enjoy

Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Very good apartment and service, a little expensive

The accommodation is perfect for a short or long stay. It is well located and makes it easy to get to many places of interest. Clean, organized, and well-equipped. I would choose it again without hesitation.

The apartment was just as advertised. The bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water, the kitchen was fully stocked, the view was excellent, and being on a higher floor, there was little to no road noise. Within walking distance to a few restaurants on the Malecon and a short Uber ride to zona colonial. Lisette was the most responsive host I have experienced; very detailed, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment.
