Holiday rentals with a patio in Zona Colonial

This is a prime example of a great host, with a great home!!! Everything was spot on, check in was a breeze. The hosts, Eugenia, Victor, Gabriel and Abraham were amazing, easily one of the best hosts I have ever encountered on Airbnb. Super prompt (responses in less than 15 mins.), very flexible (let me check in 2 hours before regular time). The building security guard was polite and helpful. the hoennis exactly as they described and as per the photos. The location is very close to the Malecon, but in a safe and relatively quiet residential area in Gazcue. The Kitchen equipment, AC's water heater, everything works perfectly. I did not use the social area, so can't comment on that. 1 dedicated parking space, and the security helps you find parking outside the parking for visitors. Will definitely re-book next time I visit Santo Domingo! Highly recommended!

I loved this place, the location was excellent. It was quite and had a great staff. it was close to everything you need. It was also very comfortable and clean with some essentials already provided Guillermo was a fantastic host and always responded in a fast amount of time, I highly recommend it. I’ve stayed at Jose’s residence a few times, and he’s the best host I’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. He’s extremely flexible, nice, communicative, reliable, and helpful. I will always and forever stay here for my travels.

The host is super amazing, honestly. The speed of most replies was commendable, and availability of communication was convenient and appreciated. The kitchen had more non-basic tools, meaning many things that other host wouldn't remember or think to include... even a pizza cutter, whoa! I either did not see or missed that there was not an oven, however, I survived just fine. This place was really cozy and had the cleanest and at-home feeling linen, surroundings, and furniture. The linen had to be the cleanest feeling and looking and most comfortable I've slept on in my traveling thus far, really felt super clean. The building staff are very helpful, friendly, and kind. The building is safe and very clean and was probably one of or the best interior building, residents, quietness, and appearance I've experienced thus far. One thing that I loved, was that there were no surprise rust, mold, broken fixtures, or anything unappealing or surprisingly different from the pics. Nice! Awesome!

The apartment was very nice as this is the second time visiting, however due to Contruction in the area was a little noisy all day.

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

had a great stay, the Jacuzzi was great on hot days. the bedrooms were very well appointed

The place is exactly as the photos show, I was for work in Santo Domingo together with a group of comrades, so we could not enjoy the house as much as we would have liked, however, it maintains an open and pleasant concept, the area is quiet and allows you to easily move anywhere in Santo Domingo.

cozy place, first class service

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

The perfect place to visit as a couple, everything is very tidy and impeccable, the best part is the terrace and the private jacuzzi, the facilities in perfect condition. I'd come back without hesitation.

Master bathroom little small, living room couch uncomfortable. Crib a picture out of IKEA catalogue 😆. Condo was cool if you got problems parking in small spaces you better get over it before you rent the spot.🤦🏾‍♂️ watching my girl back up
