Very convenient apartment for getting to the beach, equipped with everything you need, naturally air-lit rooms Spaces, bed, sofa more than comfortable. Free car parking in front of the house. Georg and his wife are very helpful in solving any problems. We return home with oil and soap made by them. What can I say... everything is excellent!

Beautiful grounds, nice appartment, kitchen well equipped & excellent breakfast! Large choice, including fresh fruit & vegetables, juice station, also gluten free options available. Must be lovely with older kids too, as thery have donkeys, chickens, a playground, tree houses and lots to discover! We also loved that there were different parking areas, so we had the chance to park very close to our appartment and didn’t have to carry our luggage far. Only spent two nights and would love to come again some time!

It is a beautiful place with peace and comfort. The location is perfect for visiting Tuscany in different directions. Francesco is very accommodating and helpful, whether it's a restaurant recommendation or recommendations for the region. He has thought of everything for the glamping experience... with a lot of attention to detail. Always happy to come back and definitely highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.
