Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Zona Tortona, Milan

We had a great stay in Milan! The apartment is in a great location, only a 15-20 minute walk from the Duomo and close Navigli. Ginevra was really helpful and sent clear instructions for check in. She was quick to respond to any queries we had. We would definitely recommend.

This apartment is a serviced/refurbished apartment across the level (common staff that cleans the entire level). Loved the aesthetic and mindfulness about placement of lighting. Comfy bed of foam and just the right firmness, double pillow per pax. Basic bath items inclusive (towels and shower gel). Loved the dual shower heads (rain shower and handheld). Dual aircons in consideration of the sun received. Dishwasher is a premium addition. Love the thought which went into the unit. Makes you feel like home and at ease. Most items are considerably new (heater/boiler was good). Thermal flask had a little collection of calcium at the bottom, might consider changing. 1L of water, Caffè capsules, and Madeleine inclusive too Only thing setting it apart from a premium accommodation above its price point is the kitchen-top which is visible from previous occupants' improper use. And, there were also some insect problem near the main door area. Other than that , it is well worth what is paid !

Broken washmachine was disappointment

Great place to explore Milan. Just a few minutes walk to tram direct to piazza duomo and 20 minutes walk from the restaurants and bars of the grande canal.

Mauro was a fantastic host. When we didn’t realise it was a public holiday and nothing was open. As we did not come with a car he offered to drive us to the next town to go to a supermarket. He also had a bottle of wine for us in the fridge as my husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very thoughtful. The apartment had everything we needed. A short walk to the bus stop which took us to the Monza train station with great links to Milan, Como, and we also went to Lugano in Switzerland from monza. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. Thank you Mauro 😊

I had a great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The bed was cozy and the space felt peaceful and well-maintained. It was also nice and bright during the day. I’d definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying here during our time in Milan. It was very close to lots of good restaurants and lots of stores to go shopping!

Great base for Milano. The space is bigger than the photos give it credit for. The neighbourhood is lively with great food and bars. Mariuccia was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Appreciated the hospitality and will be staying next time we are in Milano.

There is one issue that needs to be fixed with the access keys and doors. Absolutely great location, connection to the rest of the city.

Very very responsive host! Exactly how it was described. Very close to the subway line to connect you with anywhere in the city with still a good amount of restaurants around! Highly recommend

Dear landlords, flexible check-in, quick response, clean, well-equipped apartment, cozy and modernly furnished. Everything in the apartment can be found in the longer term. There are several shops nearby, the metro station is a minute walk away. Perfect! :)

It was very clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, you quickly feel comfortable. There is a lot of public transportation nearby. Bus/Metro Max 5 min walk. They'll get you anywhere. The host was very friendly and helpful. He gave us many recommendations for the area. Was always available if anything happened. What I liked very much is that we could leave the suitcases with him, even after check-out. Price performance is also very worthwhile. Definitely would recommend.

The apartment is quite spacious, faithful to the photos. It was quite clean. Sheila was quite kind from the start and answered all our questions. Although a little far from the center, the apartment is very well connected by public transport, the area is residential and quite quiet. We'll surely be back!

Chiara's apartment has a well equipped kitchen, a full size and fully fitted bathroom and a large bedroom that looks out onto the road, Viale Coni Zunga, with its trams and nearby bars. There are window shutters and a solid double glazed window so, although the trams and vehicles can be heard they are not intrusive. There is an excellent large supermarket (Esselunga) about 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is really well situated - just 100m from the local metro, Coni Zunga (line M4), and 6 mins from S. Agostino (line M2) and local trams (number 2 and 10) pass by regularly and can be caught at tram stops 5 minutes walk away - but don't be fooled by Google maps as one can NOT board trams at the traffic lights - only at stops that normally have a digital sign showing arrivals. Easy walk (about 25 mins) into the centre (Duomo etc).

I felt right at home in Paola’s beautiful apartment! Paola was and extremely thoughtful and generous host—she met us at check in and provided heaps of helpful advice and specific tips and ideas based on what we wanted to see and do during our time in Milan. Every one of her recommendations was excellent! She was also extremely kind at check out and helped me navigate a train strike getting out of the city—above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend!

The place was so clean ! And the apartment felt a bit bigger than the pictures. Very good surprise :) The surroundings were super authentic, with a lot of cafes and bars full of Italians. The dome was at a 45mins walking distance, which was a cute way to walk.

A fantastic apartment and well connected to the center, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, and has all the amenities. Lucio was a great host, always available, he made us very good recommendations and was very kind to us throughout the trip. 100% recommended to spend a few days in Northern Italy.

We spent a night in this apartment and everything was perfect! True to the description and photos, the apartment was clean, tidy, quiet and bright. Being on a passenger boulevard or past the metro makes it easy to get around Milan, and the apartment being removed from the boulevard allows it to be quiet. It's perfect. We are delighted and have no negative feedback to give ☺️

Our family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient and close to many sightseeing spots, which made getting around easy. The kitchen utensils provided were complete and very useful for our daily needs. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Patrizia was very welcoming and it was easy to communicate with her. Her apartment is super clean and cozy. It made me feel like at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to local businesses. Bus stops and metro station are close by, which makes it easy to visit different areas of the city. If I come back to Milan, I would definitely stay in Patrizia's place.
