It’s situated, not far from the city center, by foot (22 min.) or by public transport (14 min.) to Bellevue, yet set in natural green surroundings with open views. The studio with about 30 sqm is available to you incl. a kitchenette, bathroom & patio. It can host up to 2 adults. Lovely and cosy studio in the center of Zurich. Walking distance to the university & ETH (5min), the main station (15’ downwards and 20’ uphill if you're in good shape). It has a direct Tram connection to the airport (25min) and is very well located to all sightseeing spots of Zurich. It's a studio formed of one larger main room and a smaller bedroom (separated but not with a door) and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Tea or coffee can be prepared in the tea-kitchen.

The apartment features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, an oven and a bathroom with a shower. The new apartment building is 10 minutes away from the airport (train) and another 10 minutes by train to the central station of Zurich.

Historic, calm & stylish

The spacious (25 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate private bathroom across the non-private hallway. It has a kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer & a printer/scanner/copy machine. Heating with heat from the earth. We are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our new solar roof.

The accommodation is located in rural Hochfelden. Zurich Airport can be reached in 15 minutes by car and Zurich City in 40 minutes. Every 30 minutes, a bus leaves that offers various connections. Zurich Airport and Zurich City can be reached in 45 minutes. To make your stay more comfortable, I offer a reliable shuttle service to Zurich Airport, Zurich City and Bülach train station for a fee. So you can arrive and depart stress-free.
