I have stayed in many places during my trips and this is one of my first time booking a room. I am absolutely pleased with the place. The minute I confirmed the reservation until my check out Sabrina was in contact to make sure everything was ok. The place was spotless clean for the room, balcony and toilet. She had a breakfast room for her guest and I really enjoyed having a nice cup of coffee in the morning. It really made my day. Thank you Sabrina! The place is exactly like the photos. Great privacy, quiet and no disturbance at all. Easy to find and get to with the detailed instructions given. Sabrina is a generous and honest person. When I arrived I was about to pay her for the tax but she told me it was included in the price. Some places charge you when you arrive. She offered to let me check out later because there was no booking that day. Which is a very kind gesture on her behalf. In conclusion, I wish to thank you for a pleasant stay Sabrina! We stayed one night in Padua for the Imagine Dragons concert, and we had a great time. The owner, Roberto, was super helpful, kind and professional. He provided us with all the necessary information clearly, including a video guide that made it very easy to find and access the accommodation. The experience was really positive in every respect. Nothing to improve! If we return to the area, we definitely know who to contact 😊

A 20-minute walk from Sherwood. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Absolute silence at night and when we woke up we heard the roosters crowing, which is very strange for Padua😋. Immaculate bathroom that in our case was not shared with anyone, adjacent to the room. Catalina is very kind as our check-in time has changed but she welcomed us with a sincere smile. Thank you ✨

A practical and functional accommodation; of course, the occupant of the other room must be respectful of others. Matteo is both responsive and discreet. Well located, directly accessible from the train station by bus No. 5, and a 15-minute walk from the large Prato della Valle square where you can take the tram. The neighborhood is quiet, but there are nice shops and cafes nearby. A very good place to discover Padua.

The place was impeccably clean. Very well-laid out, perfect for two people. A lot of fresh towels - hand towel, head towel, shower towel (usually we are at least one or two short). Plenty of little things, like coffee, sweets, a little bouquet of flowers on the bed...that make you feel welcome and right at home. The garden is unbelievably well kept and nice, with beautiful grass, lots of shade, chairs, lying chairs, tables, an outdoor sink... I cannot praise the place enough. The hosts are also unbelievably kind, accommodating, trying so hard to help you with any advice you might need. I would defenitely come back to this place any time or recommend it. Also parking is right there - outside the house or just a few steps away in a nice public parking area. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery and they even have a kitchenette next door we could use, with enough pots to make dinner. All in all, this was the cleanest, nicest place we stayed and I would've loved to stay longer.
