We had a fantastic time it was absolutely as described the pool was warm and we made full use of the basement pool table and the amazing cinema. Stijin was there to greet us and explain everything about the property. There were 6 of us 4 adults and two children lots of space . Would highly recommend anybody to rent this place for a perfect stay in Gent

Thank you Lucie for a very good stay. The accommodation is well equipped, modern and very clean. In addition, it is in the countryside at the Porte de Lille. The indoor pool was particularly appreciated by my family. I would recommend this place that allowed us to have a great weekend with the family.

Beautiful location with a beautiful view over the meadows. Ghent and Bruges around the corner. Perfect base to enjoy. Daniel and Nathalie also respond quickly to messages. Absolutely recommended.

We had a very nice stay at Isabelle's house. The contact with co-host Rolande went well. Sometimes it was a bit difficult, because we don't speak a common language. Beautiful house with four bedrooms and bathrooms, of which 3 bathrooms are ensuite. Nice swimming pool in a large garden that could be used for a fee. Flexible and thoughtful hosts, very nice! The only thing to take into account (especially with children) are the many nettles in the grass. Recommended!

Perfect house and a very friendly and helpful host.

The house is very spacious, the Kitchen/dining/living area generously and very tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped. The teens especially loved the billiard room, the parents the massage chair and the hammam shower. Since the weather was very nice, we were able to use the great garden extensively: for eating, for grilling, in the pool. We had a great time.

What a lovely cottage! From the beginning there was very clear communication so I knew perfectly what was waiting for me upon arrival. Had a very nice weekend!

This house and hosts were a delight. The house was immaculate and comfortable we could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay there again.

Francine and Henk were very friendly and helpful. There was everything we needed in the cottage along with storage for our bikes. We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and peaceful.

Pleasant stay in a nice duplex that is quietly located and within walking distance of the city center. Recommended!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

We LOVED our stay at Esteban and Joroen's. We had been attracted to the listing by the beautiful photos of the lush garden, the first floor outside decking , the bright interiors and the sense of peace and calm that was radiating out from the pictures. It was amazing to discover that it felt exactly like we had hoped and looked just as the photos but even more so. Such a peaceful and tranquil setting with everything we could need and more. We enjoyed three blissful days of cycling into Ghent on the provided bicycles, exploring the town and enjoying the food and drink options at the vast array of pavement cafe's and bars. In the evenings , after a stop at the nearby supermarket on our way back from town, we enjoyed the hot tub and then some drinks on the decking as we watched the sunset before preparing and eating dinner to the sounds of the wonderful assortment of vinyl that is on offer. In the mornings it was yoga in the lounge, surrounded by the plants, and then a cuppa on the deck

Thank you Pierre for your hospitality and for opening your home. What a space in and around the house. Wake up to deer in the garden and birdsong. The house is fully equipped and we were allowed to use what we needed. Pierre is ready if there are any questions. A lovely walk in the woods adjacent to the garden and a visit to Ghent was of course very nice. The fact that there were no locks on the toilet doors was not a problem for us. In the house, plenty of space and nice details and a kitchen with sufficient equipment. The beautiful weather made us use the garden a lot. We have enjoyed it and it will be quite possible that we will come back again! Thanks to Pierre.

The stay was really great. Even the nice welcome message made us smile. The view of the lake is fantastic. The garden is fenced, which is great because we had a dog with us. There were even extra towels for the dog's paws. So, here, too, we thought along with you in a totally loving way. The accommodation had everything you needed and above all, everything was clean. The bed was perfectly comfortable. The upstairs bathroom is open to the bedroom, you should know that. So there is no door. But that didn't bother us, because there is also a toilet with a door downstairs ;-) All in all, we can absolutely recommend this accommodation and say thank you for the great stay :-)

Ria is a very friendly host, super responsive and helpful. Her place is a great choice for people looking to reconnect with nature and slow down. The apartment has an outstanding design. My favourite was the bathroom. There are numerous walking and biking routes available, as well as nice restaurants in nearby towns. Highly recommend!

Characteristic and cozy old cottage, well suited for this group and the dog. Beautiful surroundings, nice starting point for walks and city visits.

We found Hilde’s beautiful home on a last minute trip away for Easter. We were so impressed with the home, it was much much bigger than we expected!! Hilde was so friendly and lovely when we met to gain access. Although she said her English wasn’t the greatest, she made sure we understood how to work everything in her beautiful home. She also printed out suggests in English of family things to do as we had our 15 month old son. She even went above and beyond to bring over some age appropriate toys for our son from her own house! The whole house was very well equipment and by far the best air b&b I have ever stayed in! The cleanliness was immaculate! Overall…I hope to stay again soon. The only one downfall that we noticed was that the family bathroom did have a sewage smell but that did not effect our stay at all as Hilde has air diffusers and air freshers so we just gave a spray every now and again. If you are looking for a perfect host, perfect countryside then book here!!

We enjoyed our stay in katrine’s place. Very clean has everything that one needs. Really nothing to complain about.
