It is family place, very cosy and friendly people around. It feels like home, beautiful nature around, bbq zone, fruit trees and rest zones. Inside the room all the amenities are presented, you can feel it all in the little thoughtful details. In general it is a peaceful rest place not far from Yerevan.

The apartment is wonderful by all standards for two people. It has a washing machine and fast Internet inside a guarded residential complex (the guards are very ethical and understanding). It has free parking and around it there are grocery services and banks. You need to download an application to deal with opening the doors and entering the parking. The owner of the apartment (Mushegh) is very wonderful and quick to respond to any problem and takes the initiative to solve it quickly. What bothered me was the interruption of water for periods of my stay from one o'clock in the morning until five o'clock in the morning (the possibility of repairing faults to the public network) The apartment is great by all standards for two people. I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for three days, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The apartment was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was excellent. They responded quickly, politely, and thoroughly to all of my questions, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and worry-free. I truly appreciate the hospitality and care that went into making my visit so enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this place to other travelers. Thank you very much!
