An old monument building, high ceilings, stylishly designed, with all the comforts. A downtown private parking apartment with a direct connection to the pedestrian street, 100 m from the castle, 200 m from the beach, restaurants, entertainment venues, cafes, bars. Ideal for families with 1 or 2 children, couples. The place isn't very suitable for 4 adults, as one bed is just a sofa bed. The apartment only has a kitchenette, which is not suitable for cooking.

You can have the whole flat for yourself, a tiny kitchen and bathroom and one bedroom, with a quite huge bed (suitable for 2). The flat is on the 10th floor ( the elevator goes until the 8th).
