The property offers free parking, free wifi, air conditioning. The house is a true oasis of peace, surrounded by various fruit trees and a spacious yard. In the immediate vicinity of the property there is a large selection of supermarkets, outdoor gyms within the sports center, cafes, bakeries, pizzerias. The center is a 20-minute walk away. The nearest airport, Zemunik Airport, is 10 km away.

In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
