With a fireplace, a place for a bonfire and 4 parking spaces (in winter the last 100m of access chains are necessary). Paragliding, mountain biking, water sports - right next door.

Two apartments, a modern bathroom, and a big living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The house is 150+years old - it is cozy, freshly reconstructed, and well-maintained & equipped. No TV, fast internet.

Live on the water! Our floating house is a dream come true of being as close to the water as possible. We would also like to share this extraordinary project with you, your family and friends. On a floating platform with an area of 65 m², we built a 35 m² house + a 30 m² terrace + a 25 m² SPA platform, which in total gives us 90 m² of private usable area floating on the water. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round.

We recommend the fireplace for cooler evenings, it creates a warm and romantic atmosphere. Pet-friendly place. There is an outdoor Jacuzzi available for guests. Our place is an excellent starting point in the Beskids, as well as a great place for water sports enthusiasts: sailing, canoeing or paddleboarding.
