Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

We had a very pleasant stay in this tastefully renovated and particularly well-equipped accommodation. The environment is very quiet and allows you to recharge after the days of visiting the city. The bus is 50 meters away and allows you to reach the center of Lyon either directly or by transiting by metro. Communication with the host is excellent and the guide to activities to do and restaurants to discover that he has made is very useful. In short, if you want to spend a few days in Lyon, book this accommodation and you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time at Nicolas's home. It was a peaceful oasis while we explored Lyon. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was easy to walk to everything, including the Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourviére and the beautiful Parc de la Tete d'Or. Nicolas was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions for arrival and departure. The 6 flights of stairs did give us some extra exercise, but the apartment space was worth the climb. There was a fair bit of street noise at night, but that may have been because of the stunning May weather that kept people out late at night

Perfect place to rest and chat while fully enjoying the city. Above all, an incredible terrace that adds an undeniable plus to an apartment that is already more than well-equipped and decorated. Perfect reception while being very fluid. Recommended

This apartment was absolutely perfect for my trip to Lyon! It was walkable to all of the incredible restaurants, cafes, and shops that the vibrant city has to offer. The space was homey, tidy, and comfortable. I would definitely book again, or recommend this apartment to anyone wanting a unique experience in Lyon!

i shared a meal with antoine one evening. as we chatted over wine, i asked him what the years of travelling has taught him. he replied simply: “people are good. everywhere.”. our conversation moved to other things, but not long after, a young boy came to the window and said hello. in an act so fluid as to be second nature, antoine gave the boy some of his meal. later, another boy appeared, and the cycle repeated. i share this story because its emblematic of the generosity i experienced during my three weeks at antoine’s home. antoine is a community organizer, a volunteer and active participant in the neighborhood. he is kind, he is light hearted, and he is curious about others. he is a neighbor everyone would be lucky to have. whatever your travel plans are, if you have the opportunity to stay here- do it. i havent traveled as much as antoine has, and i can’t speak on the “goodness” in people all over our world, but in his home, there in the 1st arrandesmont- i absolutely agree.

We spent two days in Lyon And Guillaume and Marie's apartment was perfect for this short stay On the one hand, the price was very decent for the city center but the location was ideal for visiting Lyon over two days Marie and Guillaume were very responsive in answering our questions, both for the convenience of parking and good tips for finding a restaurant on the evening of our arrival which was also great The apartment is located in a quiet little cul-de-sac (perfect for the night) Very well decorated and clean Nothing else Loved our stay

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment. It’s really well situated, a short walk from the old city and close to many restaurants. Check-in is super easy and Stephanie and Manuella are excellent hosts, responding very quickly.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

Very pleasant stay at Isabelle's! Very well located apartment with a breathtaking view from the terrace, where you can see the Rhône, Lyon, and the Alps! Renovation work still in progress on the bedroom side on weekdays but not very noisy, in any case it was not a nuisance for us. I can only recommend it!

The apartment is very well maintained by the owner, clean and tidy, very comfortable to live in, close to a large supermarket, convenient for shopping, the owner is kind and friendly, provided us with a lot of convenience, thank you again for your help!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!

A lovely bijou apartment within La Croix Russe district. The apartment was quiet but in a district with lots going on. We came for a concert but loved walking around the district, Le Vieux Lyon and the amazing Tête D’Or Park. Lots of steps in Lyon so you earn the amazing food choices. Laela was a perfect and charming host. Very responsive and friendly.
