Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in 3rd arrondissement

A beautiful, comfortable nest on the 2nd floor without elevator in a typical Lyon building. Large bed and large TVs in each room. We also had large windows to open and large "blackout" curtains perfect for us. A bonus, there is a music school next door and they play a beautiful atmosphere in the evening. We had everything we needed in terms of equipment. For a couple, I would recommend!

We only had a short stay at this accommodation but we would have loved to stay longer. Amandine was most friendly and helpful. Apartment was easy to locate from main train station. Great stay for a few nights. The apartment is very pleasant and welcoming. The decoration is very nice too. It was just missing a few cooking utensils but otherwise nothing to complain about. I recommend it.

Spacious flat free from AirB&B clutter and dubious 'art' on walls. Great location and had everything we could possibly want. Balcony lovely option for a coffee and chat spot. Different coloured sets of towels a very smart idea. The one small issue was resolved super quickly by Khalid and he was very responsive to other messages. Great stay !

Had a nice stay at this apartment. The photos in the listing reflect what I've seen there. Easy to access, not too far from the train station part Dieu. It has everything you need and even a little more compared to this I usually see and find, to spend several days comfortably. Spacious and quiet. Would stay here again with great pleasure during future visits to Lyon.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Although our stay in this house was only related to a business trip and we spent most of our time at work, I must admit that the rented apartment met all our expectations – and even exceeded them. After long working hours, we were happy to return to a quiet, clean and comfortable interior. The house was well heated, the beds were very comfortable, and the fast internet and desks allowed me to easily complete some duties remotely. The quiet neighborhood was conducive to rest and concentration – exactly what we needed after an intense day. I also appreciate the hosts' attention to detail – basic kitchen equipment, fresh towels, a coffee machine, and even some useful information about the area – all this made us feel more at home than in an "accommodation". I definitely recommend this house not only to tourists, but also to business travelers. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return.

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Myriam place is huge and lots of rooms. You feel right at home! Great host! Would definitely come back.

The house is very beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, have a lot of pain. All the equipment in the house is perfect. The only downside is the size of the beds, much too small when it's not couples who sleep there. And when it comes to big size. We were with friends . Claustrophobic refrain , dorm and attic.

The accommodation, although next to the farmhouse, offers pleasant privacy. We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Price incomparable compared to hotels and the value for money and the services offered are far superior. The training room in the home was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own single room and could retreat to work quietly while the others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation with sanitary facilities (5 for the whole accommodation and there are on all floors), bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 fridge and 2 coffee machines. We weren't stepping on each other's toes but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (whom we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

We had a great stay in this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Great place, very clean, spacious and ideal for a family or group stay. Peaceful neighborhood and located right next to the Rhone:) Marie is very kind and was very accommodating, allowing us to arrive early. Thank you!

The apartment was newly furnished, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with a modern, minimalist touch. We especially appreciated the coffee machine and loved starting our mornings with a cup of coffee on the spacious balcony. The private underground parking was a big plus and made coming and going very easy. Located just 10 minutes from France Air Expo, it was the perfect base for our visit. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the busy town centre.
