Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 3rd arrondissement

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Isabelle’s. She is a wonderful individual and host. The place is private, beautiful, spacious, very clean and the view specially of the sunset is worth every penny. The place is better than the pictures. I had first considered staying in the center of Lyon but something about Isabelle’s place was drawing me in so we decided to stay here and I’m so glad for the decision. We had a car but it seemed that catching the bus to Lyon was very easy. The only thing was the bugs outside but that had nothing to do with the house. They were present by the river, in Lyon and all near by towns. They didn’t bother us, we lived and stayed at Isabelle’s very comfortably while we stayed there. We will definitely come back again.

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

Best place to rest a few minutes from Lyon by bus. The location is ideal, and the pool is so enjoyable. Sylvie is a great host, very available, attentive and with lots of good recommendations! We recommend it 600%!

the hosts are super friendly and welcoming, the place is quiet, the accommodation is nice and the terrace seems nice when it's nice and warm. Be careful with the table, it's quite heavy. I recommend it for a couple on holiday or a pro on the go.

We rented this place as part of a training course with 8 participants. Price incomparable compared to hotels and the value for money and the services offered are far superior. The training room in the home was what made us choose this place, it was perfect. Everyone had their own single room and could retreat to work quietly while the others enjoyed the backyard. Very well equipped accommodation with sanitary facilities (5 for the whole accommodation and there are on all floors), bathrooms in all bedrooms, 2 fridge and 2 coffee machines. We weren't stepping on each other's toes but we were able to have a great time together instead of being alone in our hotel rooms. Our host (whom we unfortunately did not have the pleasure of meeting) was always available to answer our questions and is very helpful. I highly recommend this listing and its host.

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

A lovely apartment in a great location. The apartment is immaculate and had everything we needed for a one week stay. It is near to shops, cafes and restaurants, and is a short walk from the main train station. The centre of Lyon is walkable from the apartment but, if you do not wish to walk, there are public transport options nearby. Celine is a very responsive and friendly host; she was always quick to reply to messages. Overall, this is a great place to stay if you are visiting Lyon.

Nice clean apartment walking distance from Lyon Part Dieu (trains, métros, trams, etc.). Well equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Laurent was very helpful with information about the apartment and about things to see and do in and around Lyon.

Great flat in super convenient area. Modern and luxurious. I loved the automatic blinds in living room and bedroom. My only problem was at check in where I could not open the door where the keys are located and I had to bother the neighbor for help. We had to open the door with a knife. I’m sure Charles will get this problem fixed because he s a good host, even though he is not always on site.

Apartment as described very well located (close to the metro) on a well endowed street with food shops in particular. We were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus when the weather is nice. I recommend it.

The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in. The apartment has everything you need, is located in a great area near the beautiful Parc de la Tête d'Or, though it might feel a bit dim for those who prefer bright spaces.

Nice apartment with many details, located in a peaceful neighborhood that’s close to the city center on one side and a park on the other. Having a parking garage is a definite plus.

We had a great stay in this apartment, the residence is very quiet, we had no difficulty parking nearby and the neighborhood is very nice. The tram is close by. This apartment has a lot of benefits. We would definitely recommend it.

The attic apartment is very tastefully furnished with loving details. It is also easily accessible by elevator from the underground car park. The roof terrace extends over the entire length of the apartment and is very cozy with many plants and artificial grass as well as a dining area and a small seating area. A large awning may provide shade. All technical devices worked perfectly. The underground parking space cost an extra €30, which is cheap compared to the fees on the street. However, the access to the garage is very narrow. The location of the apartment is quiet. There is a Lidl supermarket around the corner. Nearby is a local district center with restaurants, bakeries and cafes. You can take the tram or metro to the Lyon center, which are ~10 minutes' walk away. Thierry is very friendly and helpful. There are many rules that, if not observed, may incur additional costs - so read and follow them carefully!

Martini’s place was perfect for us. Easy to get to by public transport from Lyon Part-Dieu. Martinez’s rep Tina was lovely and came to rescue us when we accidentally went to the wrong building. The apartment was lovely and we ate there each night. We appreciated the washing machine and clothes rack so even though there was a dryer we didn’t need it. Martine was prompt in answering any questions. Highly recommended. Thank you Martine and Tina!

A lovely bijou apartment within La Croix Russe district. The apartment was quiet but in a district with lots going on. We came for a concert but loved walking around the district, Le Vieux Lyon and the amazing Tête D’Or Park. Lots of steps in Lyon so you earn the amazing food choices. Laela was a perfect and charming host. Very responsive and friendly.
