Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

We had a very good weekend in this accommodation. The people are welcoming and available to the customer if needed. We highly recommend this place whether for its cleanliness, its amenities or its geographical area (located a few minutes from Lyon with public transport 200 meters away).

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Nice accommodation at the back of the garden with independent access, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is easy to park the car nearby. The center of Lyon is easily and quickly accessible by the bus line whose stop is just next door. We were hosted very well by Olivier.

I arrived just in time to meet the host's wife and uncle. They assisted me with getting the key and checking in. The room is small and very cute. Warm and pleasant. The host's little cat lady slept with us all morning. Thanks a lot.

We had a lovely stay at Roland and his wife's place. The accommodation is clean, functional with lots of small touches (towels, soap, coffee, sugar, condiments, sunbed etc.). The area is very quiet (Auchan 10/15 min walk), bus nearby. The pool was lovely. The little thing to improve is just on the blind that covers the door, it lets in the light so when the sun rises, the room is no longer in the dark and difficult to go back to sleep personally.

Very nice apartment, well renovated. The decor is welcoming, and you feel very good there. The accommodation was clean, it was perfect for the night we spent there! Yannick was responsive in his messages, everything went very well.

A short stay in a small cocoon, the instructions were very clear, the apartment was in line with the photos, Sophie was very responsive and friendly by message. I loved this short break in Lyon, where despite being in the city center, I went to bed and woke up to the sound of birds singing. A great experience 😊

As I had to have surgery at the nearby clinic, Stéphanie, who was welcoming and responsive, offered us several solutions so that our arrival and departure could be arranged as quickly as possible to accommodate us and I thank her for that. I recommend it and will return if the opportunity arises.

Little gem!! With a friend, we rented this apartment to take exams, we felt superbly good there! Already, the arrival is really facilitated by a great online guide prepared by our host and really very intuitive. Then we arrived in a lovely little courtyard, and opening the door a charming, warm, and very clean setting. True to the photos. Having back problems I was delighted with the bedding which is really very comfortable. The icing on the cake, communication with the host was very fast and professional. Honestly 10/10! Thank you so much ✨ I recommend it!

We had an amazing stay! The host, property, and amenities far exceeded our expectations—even compared to other great Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The space was spotless and smelled fresh, with thoughtfully designed lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the little extras like plenty of fresh towels and extra bedding (a rare treat!). The bed was large and comfortable (but maybe firm for some), and the host was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location couldn’t have been better—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Monique’s apartment. It was incredibly comfortable - two bathrooms feeling like a luxury and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more.The space was peaceful and so beautifully decorated, it was a real pleasure to stay. Monique was a very helpful and responsive host, and willing to allow us to alter our booking at the last minute too! Would gladly stay there again

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment. It’s really well situated, a short walk from the old city and close to many restaurants. Check-in is super easy and Stephanie and Manuella are excellent hosts, responding very quickly.

Alexis apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. Easy to access the Perrache station and all the sites in Lyon. We were especially close to Brasserie Georges which was quite an experience and also visited the Museum of Deportation and the French Resistance which was very interesting. A great and enjoyable stay.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

What a good place to enjoy the beauty of Lyon! In front of the building, we see the entrance to the Théâtre Antique; the Basilica is a stone's throw away, of course you can easily find the funicular to go to old Lyon. The apartment is located in a beautiful environment, quiet and tranquil, especially it has an impressive view. You can see the Basilica from most windows! Sincewe are at the heart of the Fourvière hill, everything is sublime with greenery and refreshing air. The interior is as spotless as it is comfortable! We love the decor and style of it. This is a place to really rest. My wife and I spent our first morning in Lyon in the balcony without doing anything and just to stay in that tranquility. Julie really takes care of our stay. She arranged for us a perfect entrance to the apartment. Highly recommend!!

Pleasant stay in a clean and well-located accommodation

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
