Kid-friendly holiday rentals in 5th arrondissement

Quaint, quiet, comfortable. Everything you need is available on foot. Great restaurants and hidden gems nearby. Love that it’s close to the urban park and metro/train. Pull out bed was easy to use and was handy to have a washing machine as we happened to come during a heat wave! Recommend if you’re looking for something quiet and convenient. Perfect for one or a couple.

Le séjour s’est très bien passé dans le logement de Cathy. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et le logement est conforme à sa description bien équipé, et au calme. Je recommande.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce logement. Les personnes y sont accueillantes et à disposition du client si besoin. Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit que ce soit pour sa propreté, ses équipements ou encore sa zone géographique (situé à quelques minutes de Lyon avec transport en commun à 200 mètres).

Meilleur endroit pour se reposer à quelques minutes de Lyon en bus. Le lieu est idéal, et la piscine fait tellement plaisir. Sylvie est une super hôte, très disponible, aux petits soins et avec plein de bonnes recommandations! On recommande à 600% !

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful, quiet and clean house. The garden and the terrace were such a delight. Being 5 min from the city centre (by bus that just stopped outside) with a view over Lyon and the Alps and Mt. Blanc, and experiencing the quietness of the countryside with hens in the garden is something not to be missed. We had fresh eggs every morning! The hosts, Sam and Louis, are wonderful and professional in every respect. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cheese, charcuterie and wine after being shown around the house, which is beautifully furnished with a high-tech kitchen, sound system and electrical shutters. The house can be extended to the terrace with large sliding doors. At the end of our week, the hosts gave us a ride to the train station (Perrace). This house is an absolute jewel, and I recommend it highly. I will definitely choose Sam and Louis as hosts next time I go to Lyon!

Joli logement au fond du jardin avec accès autonome, disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Il est facile de garer la voiture à proximité. Le centre de Lyon est facilement et rapidement accessible par la ligne de bus dont l'arrêt est juste à côté. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Olivier.

Tôi đến đúng lúc gặp vợ chồng bác chủ nhà. Họ đã hỗ trợ tôi lấy chìa khoá và nhận phòng. Căn phòng nhỏ nhắn và rất dễ thương. Ấm áp và dễ chịu. Cô mèo nhỏ của chủ nhà đã ngủ cùng chúng tôi suốt buổi sáng. Cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Très bel appartement, bien rénové. La décoration est accueillante, et on s'y sent très bien. Le logement était propre, c'était parfait pour la nuit que nous y avons passé ! Yannick était réactif dans ses messages, tout s'est très bien passé.

Parfait je recommande, Nicolas est très sympa et le logement est impeccable. Le métro est à moins de 5 minutes à pieds, et à 2 arrêts du vieux lyon. Des places de stationnements gratuites sont disponibles à moins de 5 minutes à pieds du logement, très pratique et sans prise de tête. On a passé un très bon week end, merci Nicolas !

devant me faire opérer à la clinique toute proche ,Stéphanie, accueillante et réactive nous a proposé plusieurs solutions afin que notre arrivée et que notre départ se fasse dans les meilleurs délais pour nous arranger et je la remercie pour ça. je recommande et j'y retournerai si l'occasion se représente

We had an amazing stay! The host, property, and amenities far exceeded our expectations—even compared to other great Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The space was spotless and smelled fresh, with thoughtfully designed lighting that made it feel warm and welcoming. We really appreciated the little extras like plenty of fresh towels and extra bedding (a rare treat!). The bed was large and comfortable (but maybe firm for some), and the host was exceptionally kind and responsive. The location couldn’t have been better—we’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Veronique’s apartment is beautiful. Truly our favorite BnB of our three week trip. So clean and very spacious, with a gorgeous, kitchen and everything you need. The elevator up to the 6th floor is a plus and the washer/dryer and A/C all came in handy. We enjoyed opening all of the windows and allowing the breeze to move through the apartment and soaking in the large bathtub. There are excellent views of Basilica Fourviere outside the living room windows, beautifully lit at night, along with lots of renaissance era buildings. Step outside and you are on the beautiful tree lined street full of flowers and shops, cafes? Boulangeries and groceries. Vieux Lyon is steps away. You are a block from Pont Bonaparte which crosses the Soane River into the center of Lyon. Veronique is such a kind and gracious host. She responds quickly and does her best to answer questions about the flat. She left us with lovey bread and brioche and cold water in the fridge. Thank you Veronique! We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Monique’s apartment. It was incredibly comfortable - two bathrooms feeling like a luxury and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed and more.The space was peaceful and so beautifully decorated, it was a real pleasure to stay. Monique was a very helpful and responsive host, and willing to allow us to alter our booking at the last minute too! Would gladly stay there again

Appartement agréable et super bien placé, malgré les 4 étages à monter, il n'y a rien de négatif à relever. Donc je conseille vivement cet appartement car super bien placé. Nous y retournerons certainement lors d'un prochain séjour à Lyon.

Très bel appartement et un hôte très sympa et réactif qui nous a donné de bons conseils pour les visites. Appartement très bien insonorisé même si c’est bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres devant. Une chouette brasserie a proximité. Proche de la gare perrache, et proche du centre ville. Petit bémol, comme il y a un bar à hôtesse dans le meme bloc, nous avons eu peur que le quartier soit glauque mais pas du tout en fait. Encore merci à Alexis, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le sofa est un peu fatigué mais le reste des meubles est top. Lit confortable et 2 colonnes ventilateur similaire fait trop chaud.

Stylish and well located. It worked well for a week stay and connected easily to other parts of Lyon. The Bocuse market nearby was a plus. Guillaume the host was super responsive.

Super logement, très propre, spacieux et idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe. Quartier paisible et situé juste à côté du Rhône :) Marie est très gentille et a été très arrangeante, en nous permettant d'arriver plus tôt que prévu. Merci à vous !

Quel bon endroit pour profiter de la beauté de Lyon ! En face de l’immeuble, on voit l’entrée du Théâtre Antique ; la Basilique est à deux pas, bien sûr on trouve facilement la funiculaire pour aller au vieux Lyon. L’appartement est situé dans un magnifique environnement, calme et tranquille, surtout il est doté d’une vue impressionnante. On peut voir la Basilique depuis la plupart des fenêtres ! Puisqu’on est au cœur de la colline Fourvière, tout est sublime avec la verdure et l’air rafraîchissant. L’intérieur est aussi impeccable que confortable ! Nous en aimons beaucoup la décoration et le style. C’est un endroit où on peut vraiment se reposer. Ma femme et moi ont passé notre premier matin à Lyon dans le balcon sans rien faire et juste pour rester dans cette tranquillité. Julie prend vraiment soin de notre séjour. Elle nous a arrangé une entrée parfaite dans l’appartement. À recommander fort !!

This is a GREAT studio with the most amazing view of Lyon (it looks even more beautiful than the posted picture). Extremely clean, hosts were very responsive with troubleshooting a minor issue with blinds. I highly recommend this place for a single person or a couple. I really enjoyed the neighborhood with great eateries, an organic bakery nearby. It is a 5- minute walk to Halles de Bocuse which was so convenient and delicious!
