Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in 9th arrondissement

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Jean Yves was extremely welcoming, even staying up to greet us on our late arrival, and we felt at home immediately. The accommodation was lovely too, with a beautiful, relaxed outdoor space which was perfect for a long breakfast. Despite being out of the city centre, it was very quick and easy to get into Paris and we enjoyed the contrast of very peaceful accommodation and local area (with a boulangerie and supermarket practically on the doorstep) with the ease of getting into the centre of Paris. Would highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the refrigerator), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the center of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Beautiful accommodation, where you feel very good. The green environment, as well as the decoration, encourage tranquility, especially after having evolved in the Parisian crowd. The location is a perfect compromise to enjoy Paris and recharge. We also delighted in the choices offered by the library, which perfectly complements this little haven of peace. We stayed there during a heatwave and slept with the windows open: not a sound disturbed our sleep. It's precious! A small fan is available and was welcome. Thanks to Julie who was very responsive and very clear in her information, we will be happy to come back.

Our stay was great in Benjamin's Airbnb. It is very nice and well equipped. The area is very quiet and you didn't hear anything from the big city bustle. The Airbnb was a little further from the center, but you could get everywhere very well by metro or bus.

Pol’s place is a perfect oasis in the city. Peaceful, beautiful and private but in a great location. He was very responsive and helpful with tips for the house and the city. Would absolutely stay again

We felt very comfortable in Françoise's studio! A loving and very individually furnished apartment with bohemian flair. For us, it was the perfect retreat in bustling Paris. The location of the studio is very quiet and the courtyard is a small, green oasis. It's also great that you can get everything you need for your daily needs on foot right on your doorstep. Bus and metro are also very close. The contact with Françoise and her neighborhood was extremely friendly❤️. We would have liked to stay longer...

The apartment looked very cozy and stylish. It has all necessarily items for comfortable leaving and amazing balcony for the slow morning. Ines is very helpful, friendly and responsive person. Please be careful if you have too many suitcases because the apartment is on the 5th floor and no lift available.

The stay at the apartment was excellent! Building located in a quiet street, without noise. Old building, clean and well decorated apartment. Loved it! We'll be back soon

Staying in Mathieu’s apartment was a joy. It is on the ground floor in a walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and a laundromat right across the street. The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable. Mathieu was the consummate host. He left a welcome gift of champagne and stocked the refrigerator with orange juice, butter, preserves, etc to help us enjoy our breakfasts. If we ever return to Paris, we will definitely stay at Mathieu’s apartment.

Etienne's flat is beautiful and made me feel very welcomed. His moderne decor and great use of space felt very comfortable and warm. The view from the balconies were quintessentially Parisian and the tre chic Le Marais neighborhood is charming and full of boutiques and cafes. The location is perfect I will definitely be returning again. Albeit, it is a 5 floor walk-up to the flat, the beautiful interior of the stairs made the walk up and down quite remarkable. Love the timeless French architecture. You will love his apartment.

This is a fantastic apartment. We know Paris well and this is a great place to stay. It is very lively and walkable to many attractions, plus the metro connections are really good. Near the apartment there are loads of restaurants, bars, boulangeries and food shops. It is really close to Montmartre. The apartment itself is lovely and very Parisian. The double glazing really shuts noise out and they have an excellent fan for when it is really hot. Jean was an excellent host with great communication and very flexible with check in/out.

If you’re going to Paris, you absolutely must stay here. It’s in the best location, with spotless facilities and an amazing view—everything you could ask for. This is the kind of place where you’d want to stay for at least a week to truly enjoy it. Highly recommended!

The neighborhood of the airbnb was far and away the most spectacular choice for our trip to Paris. It is not too far from the main attractions by metro, but it is nestled in a true Parisian neighborhood with bakeries and boutiques on every block. Alain was so kind to let us arrive hours early and take a nap after our long flight in- so rare and generous! We felt very safe and as a bonus the espresso machine was amazing. Would come back again and again!

The location was very quiet, very close to the subway. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

The host was extremely nice and let us store our bags after the stay. Not a bad location and a grocery store next door.

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

Gorgeous home from home in the city of lights. 2nd time staying, and would do it again and again!

Everything was perfect at Franck's. The place, the location… We came to see a match at Roland Garros and it was ideal. Our host was kind enough to wait until 1 a.m. to welcome us since we had worked all day and had come from Strasbourg. He is incredibly kind! I would recommned this property. And I'll keep the contact details safe for a future visit!
