An incredible spot..absolutely top notch with a view of most of Paris beautiful touches in a sophisticated apartment. Location is great in a pleasant neighborhood with lively restaurants close transportation etc. Great friendly host too! Highly recommended!!!

A quiet, calming, and perfectly located flat, the space has a spacious living and dining area, a bedroom with an open-plan vanity and shower, a separate kitchen and separate toilet room. The washing machine and drying rack came in handy for workout clothes. The flat is in a great location and super walkable: we barely needed to use the Metro, which was close as well. The unit is in the middle/rear of the property, which meant quiet and serenity (and no street noise). Alexandre was a clear, communicative, and welcoming host. I appreciated his care and speedy replies! The local restaurants are great: Momola, Le Coucou, Papilles, and Le Potager de Charlotte. We’re vegetarians, and we found stellar cuisine locally (and across Paris). For movement, we enjoyed morning walks to Bandha Yoga for practices (offered in English), got the week pass at the nearby KeepCool (machine-based strength and cardio), and went for a beautiful jog.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Paris! The space was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. The neighborhood was lovely, safe, vibrant and close to great cafes, shops and transport links. The only thing to note is that the apartment is up five flights of stairs, so just something to be aware of if you’re traveling with heavy luggage. Otherwise, it was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Franck's apartment is an artist's temple. Every inch of it is interesting and cool. Franck himself was a wonderful and responsive host. It's not a huge space, but its well worth what he's charging and its as memorable as Paris itself. I can't recommend it enough, and I hope I can rent it again some day soon.

What a charming little Parisian apartment. Tastefully decorated, tidy, with beautiful views. A real little cocoon in which the owners pamper you. Accessibility to the metro 2 steps away is a real plus. A good property!

Accommodation rented for 4 days/3 nights for 4 people for a professional event at Porte de Versailles. Listing matches photos. The 3 individual bedrooms are a plus among colleagues. Housing located in a semi-basement, so it was cool inside even with 34 degrees outside during the day. Pleasant terrace, and quiet street. Yohan and his team were very welcoming and responsive when we had questions. We will certainly rent this accommodation again for a future show if it is available!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in this spacious home. Felt very safe and everything was within a 5 minute walk.

Our stay for the weekend was great. This is a lovely place! Very big, very clean and fully accomodated. The host is very friemdly and very helpful. Parking in the neighbourhood is free, however crowded and streets are small. We fully recommend this house!

It was excellent, the area is very quiet, quiet neighbors. At first, the building gives you the impression of being abandoned, but inside the apartment everything changes. The apartment has the necessary amenities for the stay. My family and I were very happy. Linda recommended a subway app that was super useful, we always arrived at the apartment excellent.

Fleury was quick to respond to messages, met us at the entrance and showed us the apartment. It had everything we needed and is in a good and quiet neighbourhood and very close to the metro (M14). The apartment is located in a multicultural area, with international food restaurants. The apartment is very close to subway terminals, which makes it very easy to get around the city.
