Sommerhuset ligger tæt på Rinkenæs ned mod vandet i et lille fiskerleje med en sommerhuskoloni fra sluthalvtredserne Der er en lille strand med dejligt vand og bro (fra 1.5-30.9). Huset er delvist nyrenoveret - genbrugsmaterialer - med udgangspunkt i det gamle hus fra 1960.

Det perfekte sted til en fredfyldt ferie, hvor verden lukkes ude en stund. Lille hyggeligt træhus beliggende ugenert i vandkanten, omgivet af egen skov, en lille bæk langs huset. Ingen naboer eller støj. Huset er 50 m2 og minder meget om ejeren. Rustikt og med charmerende patina :-). Indrettet med køkkenalrum, soveværelse med dobbeltseng, lille værelse med 2 køjer (194 cm lange), toilet og bad. Udebruser og stor terrasse med udsigt over vandet. Et spindelvæv eller en flue kan forekomme.

An entire house, newly renovated and located on an idyllic natural plot with both private lake, forest and blueberry field. Fishing trips, bike rides, a swim in the public swimming pool or a game of golf? These are all within cycling distance of the farm. Du suchst ein kleines Häuschen, liebevoll eingerichtet, nahe an Wald, Strand, Meer? Du legst Wert auf ökologische Reinigungsprodukte und du freust dich, dass kein Fernseher vorhanden ist? Du suchst einen aussergewöhnlich schönen Platz, an dem du deine Seele baumeln lassen kannst und der "wilden Welt" entfliehen kannst? Dann bist du hier goldrichtig. Unser "Klabuni" ist seit 1960 in Familienbesitz und wurde 2021 komplett neu aufgebaut. Ein wunderbarer Platz zum Entspannen und genießen.

Nordic Nest

Klein, aber fein und ganz schön cosy präsentiert sich unser „Nordic Nest“, das ideal für eine kleine Auszeit zu zweit ist. Das „Nordic Nest“ befindet sich in einem kleinen Stadthäuschen von 1800, mitten im historischen Zentrum von Aabenraa. Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind unmittelbar um die Ecke, zum Strand sind es 4 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Arena Aabenraa mit Schwimmbad, Bowlingbahn und zahlreichen anderen Sportmöglichkeiten ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

Classic summerhouse with a panoramic oceanview

The house which was originally built for the Danish cartoonist Bo Bojesen is newly refurbished in 2020 with a lager terrace from where you can enjoy the oceanview while cocking or baking a pizza in the wood-fired pizza oven. The house is furnished with classic danish furniture and is child-friendly. There is a playhouse, a slide, and toys. The sandy beach is only 200m down the hill and the paved road and 100m behind the house you will find a natural forest with hilly trails.

Hier ist Platz für die Familie mit und ohne Kinder. Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft. Es steht ein Kletterturm sowie ein Fußballtor zur Verfügung. Der Garten ist über 1000 qm groß. Dort ist Platz zum grillen, spielen oder die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Der Garten ist komplett umzäunt. Natürlich ist auch ein Babybett im Haus. Zum Strand sind es 15 Min mit dem Auto. Nach Rømø ca. 40 Min. Das laden von Hybrid und Elektroautos ist untersagt

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It has a beautiful view from the sea. From the terrace you have an additional view from the green fields. The apartment is only 200 meters from the sea. In a very safe area with ample parking. Family friendly environment, next to green areas. Hiking possibilities in the forest in the back. It is perfect for 4 people, if we open the sofa bed in the living room you can have 6 people in total.

Huset er nyrenoveret og har en unik placering på en sydvendt skråning, lige ned til strandkanten. Med udsigten ud over Genner Bugt og Kalvø kan du se marsvin, masser af fugle og følge med i bådene der sejler til og fra lystbådehavnen på den anden side af vandet. Huset har sydvendt terrasse og direkte adgang til egen børnevenlig strand. Huset har to soveværelser til rådighed, køkken/stue med fantastisk udsigt og toilet med bad.
