Die geräumige Wohnung (82 m² stehen zur Verfügung) verfügt zudem über eine 36 m² große Terrasse. Ein Tiefgaragenplatz ist inklusive. Außerdem ist ein Aufzug vorhanden. Das Penthouse ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die offene Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich und die Terrasse bieten viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
