Welcome to Aachen!
Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly decorated and offers everything you need for a stay outside your own home. The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all things daily. The 140m x200m large new box spring bed, as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living room. A small "highlight" is a small bay window with a comfortable armchair, from which you have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. The equipment also includes a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30sqm is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The 40 sqm apartment is modern and is located in a quiet one-way street with good infrastructure, free parking and bus stop within walking distance. Enjoy the tea and coffee flat rate. A supermarket, bakery, butcher and a gas station are quick to reach. The Wurmtal for access to nature is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

In our house (10 km from the city centre) you will find a separate one-room-apartment with own kitchenette and bathroom. It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

We offer a renovated apartment in a central location with large kitchen-living room, dining area, tub bath and separate bedroom in Stolberg Büsbach, just 10 km from the center of Aachen. Private parking, about 70 meters away, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. We have created the possibility for an independent check-in, but always welcome our guests ourselves if it is possible for us.
