Zum Zentrum nach Ellwangen sind es ca. 2,5 Kilometer, fußläufig in etwa 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Supermarkt mit Bäckerei sind ca. 1200 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt. Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The property is located on the first floor of a 4-party house in a very quiet location in Abtsgmünd. The apartment has separate, direct access. Enjoy your stay at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located with a separate apartment entrance in our modern apartment building in the best location. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

Large apartment in rural area.

Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space in this spacious accommodation. The apartment is perfectly suitable for families and couples. There are three bedrooms with beds 1.80 x 2 m and one bed 1.40 x 2 m. The apartment has a large balcony with seating. Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Oberkochen can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to Aalen directly across the street.

The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor.
