We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The house dates back to the 16th Century and has recently undergone full but sympathetic refurbishment to bring it up to the 21st C, with new bathrooms & kitchen, whilst keeping its character and many of the fascinating original features. The house has been decorated with great care, using an eclectic mix of antiques and objet d'arts to make a relaxed, charming home emanating rustic grandeur. To the rear is a large, enchanting, garden with private pool, dining area, lawns and flower beds.

Our house is a retreat where times stops. It is located in a valley, overlooking a river and surrounded by woods. We have restored it to house eight comfortably. With lots of terraces, a swimming pool, an orchard. This is a place for living outdoors and for people who appreciate the charm of old houses. IMPORTANT: The house is not suitable for toddlers or for young children left unsupervised. Mobile phones don't always work, but there is wifi.

As in the 18th century, everything here exudes peace, harmony and beauty. Located in the middle of nature, it is the perfect place to recharge and explore the beautiful Dordogne-Périgord region. We converted this former farmhouse into a luxury home.
