The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

In Mils (15 km from Innsbruck) stands this beautiful, approx. 650-year-old Tyrolean farmhouse.
