Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

Our brand-new, tranquil 40 m² apartment is within walking distance of the centre of Strobl and Lake Wolfgang. From the balcony, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, stove, dishwasher), children cots, air condition, a washing machine with a dryer, a towel radiator, a bathtub for a relaxing bath, and a garage parking space. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

Our guest apartment is on the second floor of an old town house in the heart of Hallein and offers a nice view of the pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

This lovingly designed duplex with covered terrace and large balcony was completely rebuilt in 2022 and offers you everything you need for a memorable stay in the mountains. The apartment is located in the center of Obertraun in the immediate vicinity of picturesque Lake Hallstatt as well as the entrance to the Dachstein-Krippenstein ski resort and is also easily accessible by train.

The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
