Nestled within a scenic camping ground with a captivating view of Mt. Yotei, this location offers breathtaking vistas right from the carpark. The house itself is a shining example of modernity, featuring new and tasteful furniture, along with a warmly inviting interior. The only minor hiccup we encountered was the somewhat perplexing rubbish segregation process, which might pose a small challenge for international guests.

This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. Located above a yakiniku restaurant, it offered a convenient dining option though we did not dine there as it was pricey. The check-in instructions were a bit unclear as the promised PDF guide wasn't received. While the host was responsive and quickly clarified any questions, clearer initial instructions would have been helpful. The location is decent, but finding late-night dining options in the immediate vicinity might be challenging.

Our house features AirCon and the front yard has a tent sauna, a glamping area, and barbecue facilities in the yard. It is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, non-smoking, nature-friendly house (sleeps 8-10 people), built from Hokkaido pine outside and humidity/smell-absorbing diatomite inside. It is located only a 5-minute walk from Rusutsu Resort, Seiko-Mart and Seven Eleven convenience stores.

10 min drive to Niseko Hanazono! Majestic Retreat

Great place! Used it for hiking Mt Yotei, which was easy due to proximity to bus stop that takes you to the trailhead. It is also close to the local big store MaxValu and adjecent Lawson. Very clean and comfy, and the bath tub is a plus!

My first time in Kutchan, and it honestly exceeded my expectations. While getting around without your own transportation can be a bit of a challenge—bus services are limited and not very frequent—it’s still manageable. If you don’t mind a bit of a walk, you’ll be just fine. Kutchan’s charm makes the effort worth it.

出張での利用でしたが、細かい連絡と親切なご対応で何の問題も無く過ごせました。お部屋も清潔さが維持されており下手なビジホよりよっぽどいいです。また利用したいと思います。

This place was very new. It was very suitable for my family of 6. The elderly can stay in the room at Level 1. The view was awesome from the living room. Importantly, there are 2 toilets which many airbnb dont have.
