I spent a wonderful month in this location - it's clean and comfortable with good wifi for remote working - perfect for what I was after. Maria is a wonderful host who is always responsive and cleaned the place once a week while leaving me nice things for breakfast! She even gave me a lift to and from Catania (c.10km) with my heavy suitcase. Trecastagni is a pleasant town on the slopes of Etna with accessible supermarkets and other essential shops as well as a some nice bars and restaurants and several churches. This location is better for those with private vehicles as the buses to/from Trecastagni are somewhat unreliable and it is a walk of several miles to the nearest train station (Acireale). However for those with vehicles it offers good access to Etna as well as other attractions in the area such as Catania and Acireale.

We had a great stay in Tina’s place. Tina was always very helpful and very quick to respond to requests. The place is really peaceful and beautiful. To sit outside and listen to nightingales singing, scops owls calling at night and many more birds was fantastic. The only other noise was the bells on the cows as they came past the house to go for a drink. The flowers along the tracks are gorgeous. The place has a fantastic ambience. A wonderful relaxing retreat. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Great place in an excellent neighborhood. Plenty to do, lots of delicious restaurants within walking distance, and close to the train station. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Marielen is a fantastic host and very hospitable.

Claudia is a superkind and very helpful host, she’s ready to answer all the questions always very fast. She came to the train station to meet us and showed us the town. We are very grateful and thank you again! The apartment is amazing, we felt like at home. It is a seaside flat, and has a balcony with sea view and with a beautiful flowering tree in front of it. We spent 5 days in Nizza in october, it’s a calm small town, it was definitely not crowded by tourists, the beach, the sea and the weather were all great. You have everything you need (bakery, café, shop) in walk distance. Nizza is a good startpoint to visit other towns nearby, as it has train and bus stops. Highly recommended!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The apartment is very big and spacious. Great layout of the rooms. The balconies are a dream. Great host. The place is easy to reach and perfect starting point for great excursions in the area. We will be happy to come back.

Elisa’s home was absolutely stunning! The views were incredible, and Elisa was so helpful and kind! We were a few hours late due to a cancelled train, and Elisa not only stayed up late to still welcome us, but arranged for a taxi to come get us. She was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful! I cannot recommend this place enough! A perfect stay!

We stayed at the accommodation with three children. Maria provided us with a cot, a high chair and even a stroller. We were very impressed with how child-friendly the stay was. Maria also contacted us again to see if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The accommodation itself could not be better located. There is a classy café that is also open very early, a great park with playgrounds is a 3-minute walk and the old town is also around the corner. We'd come back any time.

Everything was perfect, great cleanliness, communication, kindness. No problem, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Pina is hands-down the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. She reminded me of my homestay mom from high school — but with even more style! As a true Taormina celebrity, everyone says hello to her and she knows every corner of this town. From uncovering local history (museums to luxury hotels) to guiding me through the most convenient routes, her expertise made everything effortless. Staying at her place felt like living in an art gallery, wrapped in the warmest family atmosphere I’ve ever experienced.

Beautiful experience, impeccable in everything. The B&B is located in a strategic area, a few minutes from the center. The room is functional, very clean and immersed in a quiet environment, with an unbeatable quality/price ratio. I also loved the breakfast and what can I say about the owners? Adorable! Our stay in Catania was gorgeous. The apartment is in an old baroque palace. It has a great location, just 200 meters from Piazza del Duomo, so you can easily and safely go the old town even during the evening/night. Our host was very responsive. It is really worth staying at that place.

Giusy and her family were amazing! I love the location of the peaceful and quiet surrounding. Very easy to reach and safe by car. Giusy gave us a very warm welcome and kind introduction. Home feeling of stay there with a pretty skylight garden featuring air-con. We love the homemade cake served by her. It was our birthday road trip. There are lots of nice restaurant and easy to reach to the volcano tour. Everything is perfect. Even we received daily suggestion of attractions from her. We had a very nice stay for 3 days. The stay at Sara's was simply beautiful, the accommodation is quiet, you have absolute privacy and you can quickly reach the surrounding cities by car. Sara is very friendly, prepared a great breakfast for us every day, we felt so comfortable. 100% recommendation!

We loved staying at this Airbnb. Stunning balcony with views over the coastline. It was a very quick walk to the centre and 2 minutes walk from the supermarket. Giuseppe recommended places to see while we were here and helped us with transport option when getting to the Airbnb and for our stay. He was very attentive and a brilliant host. Can’t recommend enough!

Absolutely recommended. We had room 4 and felt like we had a king room. The ceilings are super nice and high and the whole room is large, with two balconies. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking there. Everything you need is available and it was super clean overall. It's not far to the Center and we also walked to the beach (about 30 minutes). Paolo was always easy to contact and very friendly. We would come back here any time!
