Fantastic property a stone's throw from the sea, large terrace to relax and take advantage of all the services provided. House surrounded by greenery with the fantastic Etna in the background. You can reach Taormina in 15 minutes and Syracuse in 30 minutes, an excellent location for excursions. We are 5 minutes from Acireale, famous for its Baroque style and culinary delicacies. Guests are informed that upon arrival there will be a tourist tax of €2 per night for the first 5 nights per person.

Design in the historic center, parking and terrace
You will find yourself in a 19th-century house that has been recently renovated with a modern interior design, while still respecting the historical integrity of the spaces. If you are coming by car, there is a parking space available not far from the apartment. Just be mindful of one detail: to get there, you'll have to pass through a narrow passage that is 2 meters and 20 centimeters wide. Make sure your car can fit through. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.

The house is accessible by car, offers private parking, 3 rooms with en suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry.
