Magnificent house! Beautifully located,view of the sea and etna. Tip top equipped with everything you need. Excellent base for taormino,alcantara,etna,castelmola etc We would have liked to stay an extra few weeks.

We spent a wonderful week's holiday in Riposto. The food, drinks and the sea are simply fantastic. Numerous restaurants, cafés, and fish and vegetable markets. The villa we lived in was a small, royal apartment. Everything is furnished in the beautiful Italian-Sicilian style. Everything is very discreet and cool. Thank you, Rosaria.

Amazing house and super kind owner! You can feel it’s very relaxing, clean and great place to rest. Indeed, you probably cannot get here without a car, and the road is quite challenging. But the house is rewarding you as soon as you open the gate :) I recommend 100%

We feel very lucky to have stayed here - your garden is beautiful - the children loved picking oranges and lemons and making delicious juice. We enjoyed evenings on the terrance and taking in the spectacular view - we even saw etna erupting which was very special. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We spent a 10 day vacation here as a group of friends. Already upon arrival we were overwhelmed by the beauty of property and surroundings: located in the beautiful lemon grove overlooking the slopes of Mount Etna and the sea. It couldn't get any better! Boredom never arose, the area offers a lot! However, a car is important. There was also always something to do on the property: beautiful pool, ping pong table, foosball, football or cooking in the great kitchen... and always fresh lemons. Maria Gulia and Angelo are super friendly and often helped us with tips and quick answers. The villa is an absolute recommendation!!

Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mara's house. There was plenty of room for all of us and the outdoor spaces were truly amazing. The kitchen is on the small side but we had no problems cooking meals for eight. We took the short drive into Santa Venerina for groceries and a couple of meals. The streets were not as narrow as some Italian villages. The best part of the stay was Mara herself! She is so helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay, any questions we asked of the host were answered very quickly to messages. Nice welcoming touches of homemade cake made by the host which was delicious, and we were left some other goodies which was a lovely touch! Villa comes with its own collection of cute cats and three young kittens. They were very lovely and friendly but kept trying to get into the villa, however there are insect doors to keep them out. The location was very good and the villa and garden were beautiful and well looked after. We’d highly recommend staying in this villa.

This was our first visit to Sicily. We were a group of 8 with 3 families. We had plenty of space & privacy. The home is truly as beautiful as the photos & is like a step back in time. Maria is an amazing artist who added her special touches all over the home This was Francesco’s grandfathers home built in the late 1800’s. The backyard overlooks the town below & the ocean w Mt Etna on the other side. Magnificent! The added bonus of Rosaria’s services made us feel incredibly pampered. Her services are an additional fee but are very well worth it. She cooked 2 amazing meals for us (her chicken cacciatore is the absolute best!). She also helped secure a restaurant reservation & transportation. Note that a driver or rental car is a must. Unless you are fluent in Italian you will need translation apps. Truly a lifesaver as Sicilians often do not speak English. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to visit the beautiful island of Sicily.

This was the most magical Airbnb experience ever. Guiseppe and Giulia are the most hospitable Hosts I have ever come into contact with. They went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The villa is incredible with massive outdoor grounds to enjoy and a very beautiful large deep clean pool. Inside the villa is exactly as described but better! They were gracious and filled the fridges with many drinks to enjoy. They met us at the toll booth and escorted us to the villa and then drove us around town later to familiarize ourselves to the area and provided many dining recommendations. They were even so kind as to make reservations under their family name and deliver the most amazing desserts I have ever had! The location of the villa is perfect for day trips to Savoca and Taormina and surrounding areas. To have such a beautiful peaceful villa to return to made this our own slice of heaven! I would return in a heart beat. Thank you Giuseppe and Giulia for the most amazing stay.

Lella, the lady who helped us with check in and anything we needed during our stay was absolutely fantastic. She was so helpful throughout, gave us such a lovely welcome and loads of recommendations of places to see and eat. The Airbnb itself was amazing, it was really clean and much bigger than expected. It’s a little bit of a walk into the town but still very much doable. The whole place was fantastic and made our trip perfect!!

Beautiful villa, spacious outdoor area, saltwater pool was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen and BBQ area. Very clean and well presented throughout. Communication with host was faultless, all questions and calls were answered promptly. Villa was very private, we hired a car but Uber was very reliable and good value. Local restaurant Blue Ice was very good. Highlight was visiting nearby Taormina both on an evening and during the day. I would most certainly recommend Villa Flara and the beautiful island of Sicily. 🍋💕

A great home away from home for the Christmas Holiday. The kitchen was amazing and allowed for us to make all our traditional Christmas dishes. Furthermore, the living room was cozy. The couch was perfect and allowed multiple people to curl up and watch Christmas movies. Additionally, the gaming room provided much needed space for board games, karaoke, puzzles, and reading. The house was immaculate, and our host was absolutely wonderful. We showed up late the first evening and our host made traditional Sicilian delicacies for us to eat. The arancini were delicious. I would 100% come back, especially in the summer so I can enjoy their beautiful pool. 100% recommend.

Couldn’t recommend Villa Santi enough! Beautiful house with amazing views! Absolutely spotless and all the amenities you could need! Carlos was brilliant at replying and had answers to questions we had. He also provided amazing reccomendatioms that really are worth the hype he gave them!

This house was one of the most amazing places I've ever stayed. We went for a week and a half on a family trip, and it could not have been more incredible. Somehow, the grounds are even more lush and beautiful and spacious than the photos make them look. Incredible views of Mt. Etna and innumerable spots for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Our manager of the property was more like a concierge. Gianluca was more welcoming and helpful than anyone I've encountered in years renting Airbnb places. We will surely be back and can't recommend it highly enough for anyone checking it out!

Lovely house tucked away behind the bustling main street in beautiful Taormina. It is very close to a number of restaurants and eateries, yet is private and peaceful. Livio was a very attentive host, giving us many excellent recommendations and offering us the opportunity to leave our bags at the house to fit in with our arrival and departure. Highly recommend!

An amazing villa made even more memorable by Pino and his sister Viviana. They both made sure that my mother's birthday in Sicily is a trip we will never forget. We can't wait to come back very soon!

We (husband, 4 YO, and I) had a lovely, relaxing stay here and had basically everything we needed. Location is good and we were able to get to places we wanted to visit within 30 mins - 1 hour drive (e.g., Taormina, Syracuse). Communication was over whats app and very straightforward. Thank you!

Without hesitation, I can say this was one of the most amazing stays/experiences I've ever had while traveling. There were eleven of us including children and the villa was absolutely perfect for our week-long holiday in Sicily. First of all, communication with the host was flawless and the hospitality was first class. The keyholder went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, and we received little treats nearly everyday which only added to our satisfaction. If there was an issue, the keyholder made sure it was immediately taken care of without question. Regarding the villa, it is spectacular! You can get lost in it while exploring the hallways and towers -- the kids thought they were living in a real castle. While it's not in pristine condition, the little imperfections add to the homely feel of the place. The infinity pool and pool bar are also highlights of the villa, and they're perfect for lazy afternoons and enjoying the views of Mt. Etna and surrounding countryside.

We had a great stay at Marco’s place. The house was super clean, and large, with all the amenities needed. Wifi was a bit slow but still functional. Kids loved the game room and the swimming pool. You will need a car to get around ( as mentioned in the listing).

We had a fantastic eight day stay in Mario’s wonderful villa. The location and views are incredible and we would highly recommend staying here. Mount Etna even erupted and put on a display (which was fabulous to witness) and Mario was hot on the phone telling us to get outside at 11pm to view the spectacle. A perfect venue with lots of space for our large party of eight adults and two children, the surrounding patios gave amazing panoramic views of the sea and countryside. We loved picking fresh oranges and cherries daily which was so relaxing and tasty! It’s a short 15 minute walk to the local town with a wonderful bakery and butchers plus supermarkets all accessable. We will definitely return to this wonderful villa when revisiting Sicily and I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Mario .

A corner of magic in the Sicilian hills We stayed at this enchanted AirBnb and were deeply fascinated by it. The advice is to arrive before nightfall: the GPS suggests very narrow roads, which can put you a little apprehensive, but following the directions of Cinzia you reach the place in complete serenity. It's really worth the trip! The place is simply magical, with attention to detail, immersed in the wild and authentic beauty of nature. Every corner tells a story, every detail conveys love and attention. During the night, we witnessed the evocative spectacle of the Etna lights that shone behind the hill - an experience that left us speechless. As a yoga teacher, I can say that it is also a perfect place to organize retreats: silence, beauty, and inspiration blend into a harmony that nourishes the soul.
