Historic house of 1669, renovated in 1977 and renovated in 2017. It is located in the lower part of Semione, in direct contact with the countryside. It is part of a small rural village surrounded by fields, orchards and vineyards 300 metres from the river. It is divided into two apartments with an independent entrance: one of approx. 200 square meters and another of approx. 40 square meters with sauna.
