Living in a Gründerzeit house: Unique, cozy & a bit more beautiful! The modern loft apartment is located in a beautiful Gründerzeit house in the Hof city center. Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

Surrounded by the forests of the upper Vogtland, not far from the Czech beer, you can retreat with friends or alone to escape everyday life. Slowing down than you can't experience it. Unser Haus ist ruhig gelegen, ca. 2 km vom schönen Untreusee entfernt. Nach Hof sind es 5 km, nach Rehau 10 km. Wir vemieten ein abgeschlossenes Apartment im Untergeschoß, bestehend aus einem Wohn-Schlafbereich ca. 24qm, einer Singleküche ca. 4qm und einem Bad ca. 3,5 qm. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
