Posizione ideale per chi vuole visitare Venezia. In zona tranquilla, di fronte alla fermata del bus o a 1 minuto in auto dal parcheggio gratuito dalla fermata del treno che in 20 minuti porta in centro storico ( treno diretto, 2 fermate). Ingresso indipendente, pano terra. Con piccolo giardino. Zona giorno, camera, bagno. La camera ha un letto matrimoniale a baldacchino del quale abbiamo eliminato ogni cigolio e un divano, più un lettino di 130 cm su richiesta. Parliamo inglese e portoghese.

Prestigioso appartamento con terrazza privata con vista mozzafiato a due passi dalla Chiesa della Salute. Una settimana prima dell'arrivo verrà richiesto il documento di un solo ospite, il pagamento delle spese di pulizia (50 € per tutto il gruppo e per l'intero soggiorno) e la tassa di soggiorno. Casa Finetti is a rustic structure with an attic, wooden bedroom floor and stone walls. From the ground floor you go up to the bedroom via a spiral staircase. The house is arranged on a ground floor and second floor, both 18 square meters. It's a simple house, without the maximum comfort, but it has the essentials for a mini vacation. Casa Finetti is not suitable for those who expect to find luxury. Casa Finetti is suitable for lovers of nature and simple things.
